It was pretty good. I would pass on the fish and chips tapas dish. Paper tablecloths Everyone likes to cheese thing they ignite at the table. It was good. It has lots of cool ambience. Why are you here in a t-shirt dudes over there. Do you own shirts with collars? Sorry got off track. It’s good for a date.

Awesome food and atmosphere. We eat here at least once a month as they are one the few places in town that have bison burgers. Its a very hip feeling place and we loving being able to color on the tables with crayons.

A good salmon crêpe can be orgasmic. The one here was only amateur. The Crêpe itself wasn’t cooked right. The crème fraîche was over abundant, unflavorful, didn’t add anything extra and actually covered up the good flavor of the salmon. Just because it has fancy sounding ingredients doesn’t make something better — I would have preferred Cream Cheese, Chives and a lemon wedge to what I was served. If you want the best Salmon Crêpe in Volusia — Third Wave in New Smyrna has it! Hands DOWN! Cinnamon Tree in Port Orange also has really good crepes. We also had the Margherita-like Flat Bread which had excellent ingredients/toppings. However the crust was on the softer side and got soggy. The crust ruined it for both of us. The meatball appetizer was nothing to write home about. They were your basic meatballs – I wish I had ordered something different. The Lamb Lollipops were a highlight. Excellent flavor and prepared to near perfection. Finally for dessert The berry sorbet was very sub-par for me. I have had better store-bought sorbets. I didn’t even finish it. We also got the churros which came with 3 different dipping sauces. They were OKAY as well. I was not thrilled at all with this place. The menu was a small book however and I’d be willing to go back but I will not be in a big rush. Also if it gets busy apparently this place can’t handle it. We were waiting for a LONG time on our server.

This was our 1st time here(my wife and I). It was a little better than ok. The service from Kim was average at best. I had the Tuscan Shrimp, a lot of the pasta was stuck together which was frustrating but the meal was good. My wife had the tuna panini. She said it was good but just a little dry. Refilling our waters were slow and we were asked once if we needed anything and had to flag down Kim twice for items we needed. The bill was brought to us and we were told thank you have a nice day without a offering of dessert. We had to ask if we can have dessert. All in all the food was good and the restaurant was nice. I just expect better service when you are paying higher prices at a nice restaurant. I will return for another meal.

It blows. After staff misdirected us by phone 4 miles to N Nova instead of S Nova and finding an empty lot we arrived for lunch. Despite 2 waiters for only 2 sat tables we still had to beg to order after 10 mins. We ordered the Gyros w/no cheese(mine) or tomatoes(co-worker’s). Instead, 30 mins later, & after 2 warnings that we were running late(due to bad directions and late order) we got a panini of sorts with microscopic shards of lamb swimming in a sea of feta cheese & tomatoes. Horrible service– worse food. The Slaw was good. Décor was nice. No on site mgr. We would’ve been better w/Krystal burgers in the empty lot on N Nova. Whoever takes it over when this dies should change the name. Even 1 star is undeserved.

I was up in this area for a meeting, and chose this place via Unilocal. The décor is modern yet simple and honestly more than you expect from a small restaurant in that area. The service was solid and friendly. My 2 colleagues ordered fish, salmon and grouper. Both presented very well and with interesting combinations of flavors. They both said they enjoyed their meals. I had a burger with sautéed onions and manchego cheese. The party was thick and cooked medium which was a little past the medium rare i requested but still delicious. The fries were amazing and probably the best thing in the dish. We order 2 espressos which were the only downside of the mean as they were just a little blah.

My wife’s favorite place in Ormond. Have to admit, I like their burgers as much as any I’ve ever had. Service is always great, atmosphere is great, food is always seriously great. We make at least one visit on each trip to our place here. AAA+

We had the best dinner here ! I think this is the best restaurant in Ormond beach area. We ordered several tapas and everything was delicious. Reasonably price and great ambiance. Will come back again.

Great place for lunch. Tried several dishes and loved them all. Good service and fast enough for weekday lunch at work.

I went there last weekend with my USTA tennis team. The food and the service was excellent. The calamari was top-notch! five stars. The bruschetta, hummus, and beef skewers were all great appetizers also. I would come back here in a heart beat. The manager even came over to ask us how everything was. That is always impressive to me.

Excellent flavors, fresh, quality, and well-balanced eats. The prices made me cringe at first glimpse of the menu this being my first time here. Fortunately, this wasn’t your ordinary tapas! Will be back…

I have never had better Baby Lamb Chops! This is one of the best restaurants in Ormond and Daytona Beach. They make every meal from scratch. Only the best fresh ingredients. A little hard to find at the end of a strip shopping center at the intersection of Nova & Granada — behind Walgreens and the auto store. Also a great wine bar!

Boy has the Daytona area come a long way! Any time a restaurant tries to blend cuisines, it’s almost always a disaster. Blau proves the opposite. As a self-anointed foodie I can attest to the saganski, steak skewer, flat breads and chicken Milanese, to name a few. all were uniformly excellent and the portions ample. Wine selection also reasonably priced and enough diversity. A definite find.

I had the bison burger, it was very good. The place is cool, for me the bar chairs and foot rest were a little awkward also the tv in the bar was more like a picture that changed color. I guess i didn’t see the artisan take on it. Definitely worth a second try and explore the other dishes

If you are looking for a great atmosphere, good wine, and an amazing«out of the box» culinary experience, you can find it at Blau. The calamari and the salmon are my favorite, but everything I have tried from scallops, mussels, fondue, and mushrooms, to name a few, have been delicious. Everything is made from scratch which means that the flavors of the food are multidimensional and different from what you would find in «grills» in the area, no mayo out of the jar here! The atmosphere is upbeat and modern without being overwhelming or loud. Overall a very satisfying and relaxing dining experience for the foodies in town, not just fast dinner.

The ambience in this place is beautiful! I went with two friends, it was kind of dead when we went so the service was prompt. They were out of mussels so that was disappointing. But I ordered the lamb dinner… it was DELICIOUS! I will definitely visit here again! I would say skip the crepes… they were not soft, and just not very good. But the entrees were delicious.

Been once for early bird dinner which turned into happy Hour:) Second time took my mom because she loves lamb and she was impressed with the flavors and wants to come back for the salad I had but with lamb of course! Delish was her exact word !! We shall be going back soon she said,” I’m going to try every lamb dish !”

This place looks like a trendy restaurant, and to be fair we got some saganaki that was pretty good. Several menu items looked very tasty. The staff was friendly. They have Pepsi products instead of coke, which I also like. Unfortunately, my wife was brought a bottle of water with the seal broken twice(not to accuse the restaurant of anything nefarious) before she was finally given a bottle with the seal intact. The bowl she was given was also not entirely clean. The service was a bit slow. With regards to the rest of the food, she had the penne carbonara, which wasn’t really a carbonara but was ok. I had the veal parmigiana, which had an alright quality breaded veal served over severely overcooked pasta, in what could have been canned tomato paste. Not great. We only come to Florida really once a year for a week or so, so I don’t know how long this has been here. It looks new, so there’s maybe still hope that they will get these issues sorted out.

Nice and cozy place. Food was good. We ordered seafood scampi and lasagna. The lasagna was fine and the scampi was very good. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu. It came in generous portion. Taste was good. Overall, would come back and visit here again.

Trendy little find in Ormond Beach. Really enjoy the atmosphere and the service is really friendly. Could not believe the happy hour special. Three HUGE appetizers for only $ 15. All really tasty, especially the lemon hummus. It’s for real lemon flavor, and I actually enjoyed this twist on hummus. Cool place for fun times.
