United Water Restoration

Thank you for coming out so fast. Our water damage to our Daytona home would have been much more than it was, if it weren’t for United Water. You techs are absolutely awesome. Chris was extremely helpful with everything he did and explained. When the main valve blew out in our kitchen while we were at work, the kitchen and dining room had flooded. United Water even pulled resources from one of their other offices to get the job done fast. Insurance was handled directly by then. Thanks again. Genuinely appreciate everything.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This company should be shut down by the BBB. This company along with a local plumber takes advantage of new homeowners who aren’t knowledgeable about plumbing issues and water damage. The plumber claimed I had a leak and that water was leaking under my foundation so he called his buddy who worked for United Restoration. He came over and set a sensor to read that there were alarmingly high levels of moisture beneath my flooring. He then proceeded to get me to make a claim with my insurance company so they could get paid for a problem that turned out to be completely nonexistent. It turns out that this plumber got a cut of whatever was paid to United for sending my «problem» their way. Luckily, a member of my insurance team saw through this scam and was able to put a stop to it, however not before the guy that came out set up a bunch of fans in my home. Aside from this incident, the representative of United Water that showed up to my home kept making passes at me and took forever to get out of my house. He kept trying to get me go have a drink with him. Disgusting, disrespectful, dishonest people.
The sad thing is, I’m pretty sure they got their pay out considering the snarky thank you card that was sent to me.
How about you make an honest living instead of preying on innocent people who defend your country?
