Fancy Flowers by Meredith

Some people might consider them a waste of money, but I absolutely love flowers and wanted to make sure we had a great florist to do our wedding. We were referred to Fancy Flowers by our venue’s coordinator who understood our budget and tastes, and Meredith was everything we hoped for and more. Everything was perfect — beyond perfect. She took our vague descriptions of our loosely compiled vision and gave us exactly what we wanted without us even knowing how to articulate it ourselves. The bouquets, the boutonnieres, the flower girl baskets, the topiaries, the centerpieces, and the cocktail hour décor were beyond our expectations. Meredith was fun to work with and is a true professional. Her experience shows in the smoothness with which everything came together. From concept to execution, Meredith was exceptional. It was such a pleasure to work with her right from the start, and there is absolutely nothing we would have done differently.

My fiancé and I live in San Francisco wanted to get married on Cape Cod. Meredith made it really easy to work with her from the west coast. We did make a trip to the Cape to meet with her and other vendors.
Having no vision for flowers, Meredith spent a lot of time with me to walk through the many options.
We looked through books of bouquets, boutonnieres and options for «the mothers» flowers. I knew I wanted flowers for the mothers but wasn’t a huge fan of the traditional corsages. We decided on a single flower. With her keen design sense, Meredith took a single dahlia and made it absolutely special. The moms were very pleased and that’s a good thing!
Her shop is lovely and everyone I interacted with was incredibly sweet, considerate and very customer-​focused.
On the day of, everything arrive on-​time and as expected! PERFECTION!
When the flowers arrived they were stunning and at their peak bloom. The colors were perfect and really pulled our wedding palette together. The bouquets were «durable» and withstood wedding day activities as well as the week the follow!

Fancy Flowers by Meredith exceeded all our expectations! Our daughter was married yesterday and the flowers were perfect. We loved the Nantucket baskets on the church pews (which doubled as cocktail table displays)! the bride’s and bridesmaids’ bouquets and the table centerpieces were elegant and colorful. So many guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were. We are beyond grateful for Meredith’s vision and execution for this special occasion!

I recently got married @ Wychmere on July 3, 2015. I worked with Meredith on my Flowers, and was blown away by everything. She was accommodating of our budget, and spent alot of time with me in person going through the floral books and helping me come up with my vision. Everyone loved the arrangements, the Fancy team was on time, everything was well organized, and super fresh looking. I will absolutely recommend Meredith to future brides.

Wow!!! That was my reaction when my flowers were delivered to my venue (The Dennis Inn — also highly recommend). I have not been blessed with a green thumb and while I’ve always admired flowers, knowing how to put them together or what they even were has never been my strength. Each time I met with Meredith, I felt that I lacked a specific vision of what I wanted. But she asked the right questions and ultimately ended up knowing exactly what I wanted, even though I didn’t! Our budget for flowers was not huge, but Meredith still gave us quality service. I thought her prices were reasonable and she had no minimum, which was very helpful for us. She is so talented and can bring your vision together, even if your vision isn’t totally clear to you! I highly, highly recommend Fancy Flowers!!!

I got married in August in Truro and Meredith did such a great job with very little information! All we wanted were the bouquets for me and the bridal party, some corsages for our grandparents and flowers for the flower girl.
I wasn’t too sure what I wanted, but with a color swatch and some conversation she made the most beautiful flowers for our wedding. It was great!

I was married on July 3, 2011 in Eastham. I was very pleased for find Fancy Flowers. We had a small casual wedding and I did not have any wedding attendants or floral centerpieces. I was looking for a fabulous bouquet and that’s exactly what I got.
We met with Meredith at her workshop and quickly decided on a bouquet style. I later added wrist corsages for our Mom’s and Grandmother’s just a few days before the wedding. Both turned out beautifully.
I truly appreciate that they are open to doing small orders. Thank you for giving me another reason to smile on my wedding day.

Meredith did such an amazing job with my May 21^st wedding flowers. They were perfect! I had her do the flowers for my rehearsal dinner as well and they were so pretty. She was easy to work with and is very talented. Highly recommended!
