History

Established in 2015.

After twenty years experience operating repair shops for other owners, it became clear to me that I needed to become an owner myself. With a lot of help and support from my family, we were able to find a great location, fill it with the best tools and people we could find and launch Wrench Twisters Auto Repair in Orlando Florida.

It’s been a great challenge with many ups and downs, but it has also been a very rewarding experience. We all learned a great deal and we’re excited to be part of a great community.

I have been in the automotive industry for over twenty years, serving people the way I want to be treated.

I have learned that great customer service doesn’t take a huge effort, it just takes practice and organization. I’ve had bad experiences at other shops and dealerships and in those instances I thought, «I’ll never treat anyone like that».

With great customer service practices in mind, Wrench Twisters was born.
