I wasn’t just enjoying a Frosty™ treat when I dropped in this Wendy’s location. The interior design is impressive, welcoming & spotless! Everyone I encountered was cheerful & attentive. A very nice change from the typical fast food experience.

Okay, I feel a little strange reviewing a fast food place, because let’s face it, fast food is fast food. But I work very close to this particular Wendy’s and being in a rush to get things done, I have grabbed a salad or a chicken sandwhich through their drive-thru. I have felt inclined to write a review every time I have gone because their service is outstanding. The ladies that work the drive-thru are so friendly, upbeat, and personable. They have never gotten my order wrong. I love their attitude and honestly dont ever expect that kind of positive attitude from a fast food employee. I dont know how they are encouraging their employees, but keep up the great work, Wendy’s.

I literally do not think I can express to you the level of deliciousness, professionalism, and sheer awesome-ness of this Wendy’s location. Mere human words are not enough, but allow me to try. I used to live in the Millennia area. This location closed down in order to renovate and update the restaurant. And… How do I say this? ITWASTHELONGESTTWOMONTHSOFMYLIFE. But soon, a giant inflatable frosty with a sign that read NOWOPEN was sitting beside the road, like a glorious chocolate beacon to the fast-food motherland. I rushed inside. What I saw actually changed me. Guys. They have a fireplace. Let me reiterate that: this Wendy’s location has an actual little fireplace. They also have a bakery, and wifi, and it’s basically like a panera, only it’s a Wendy’s. I have gone to this Wendy’s probably 30 times in the year that I lived near them. Since their renovation and reboot, not once, I repeat, NOTONCE, did they get my order wrong. Every. Single. Time. Was. Correct. I said no tomatoes. And guess what? NOTOMATOES. I wanted cheese on my number six. Guess what? THEREWASCHEESEONMYSPICYNUMBERSIX. Every employee of this Wendy’s deserves a raise. You may think I’m being dramatic, but I’m serious. Everyone is personable, nice, cheerful, happy. Not once did I get the traditional fast food window monotone employee who seems to be contemplating the fastest and most efficient way to end their life. Every single one of these employees is a damn star. They all deserve crowns and scepters with little hamburgers on them. Give them more money. They’re making your company look really effing fantastic. So! Lets review what we’ve learned here today: *FAST accurate fresh delicious food. *friendly service from people who really do care *a fricken fireplace and bakery with delicious fresh baked goods *the need of immediate raises for every employee at this location. After eating at this Wendy’s I changed my Facebook status to say I’m «in a relationship» and I put up a picture of Wendy’s. I wish I were joking. I recently moved to the turkey lake/sand lake area, and I would be lying if I said that I didn’t mourn the loss of my favorite Wendy’s location. The Wendy’s down by me is not nearly as fresh, delicious, friendly, or accurate. The turkey lake location gets my order wrong and they aren’t happy. They don’t deserve hamburger scepters. Not at all! If I have time, I still drive to the millennia location. My passion for the millennia Wendy’s is indescribable. If they had a drive thru tip jar, I’d fill it with 6 love notes written on 100 dollar bills.(That’s 600 dollars people!) Wendy’s, you have my heart. I love you. I just… I love you.

It was nice they were open late on a Sunday night, and drive through open till 2am. Very convenient being right off I-4 just north of all the touristy stuff. Anyhow this location has been here for about a decade and went many times when lived next to, but with the apparent new remodel it was quite pleasing to the eye with contemporary design elements overall. Ordered a hot earl grey tea(which they call a breakfast item) but still served it late! The friendly and SMILING staff was surpising to me and pleasant especially this time of night. To me, that made the food taste that much better. Will consider going here again for sure!

Fancy Fast Food. The only reason for it not being a 5 star is that it is fast food and so I don’t feel right comparing it to the other places I’ve rated a 5. Though this would definitely be a 5 in the fast food category. This Wendy’s was recently remodeled; hence the fancy. It’s super clean. I think they added some new items including pastries. They have one of those super cool touch screen soda machines that gives you all the flavors of Diet Coke even the ones you can’t find in store anymore(hello, cherry vanilla Diet Coke, it’s been awhile). There is a fire place to sit and eat by. Strange for a Wendy’s, but whatever. Another genius move was having the ketchup dispensers over the trash hole in case of of spills. Latifah took my order. She was super cheerful and welcoming. I ordered the new pretzel roll bacon cheeseburger meal and a frostee. I was dining in so she asked if I wanted the frostee right away or after I was done. She said I could just raise my hand and she would bring it to me(I ended up dumping my trash and walking back over to the ordering area) but she saw me and got it ready for me right away. She also asked for my name when she took my order and when it was ready called me over. It was a nice personal touch. My food was good. The pretzel roll burger was tasty but didn’t have the classic Wendy’s taste that I am used to. The cheese was a little melty. Other than that yums. So if you want a nice Wendys’ go here.

4 out of 5 stars for this location. Staff are always friendly and the service is always quick. On a side note, this place has just been renovated and modernized. You have got to check it out. You would not think you are in a Wendys when you walk inside. You have to see for youself.

Love this Wendy’s. It’s my quick pick whenever I’m in a rush and it’s very close to the house so I always take it to go. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich with a large sweet tea.

Most Wendy’s suck. When I got a craving for Wendy’s the other day on my way home from school, I decided to give this one a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the food and service was. Not typical for most Wendy’s. By the time I got home, my food was still warm. My salad and burger also looked great and wasn’t just slopped together.
