In 2001 Nick relocated from London UK to Orlando Florida and became a licensed Realtor working at Sotheby’s International in Windermere Florida. In this position he managed to procure $ 3 million of home sales to local! residents and international buyers.

After two years his new company was born offering a full consultancy program to assist investors and foreign nationals to own homes or relocate to Florida. Combined with local residential! sales he accumulated property sales over $ 4 million.

In 2009 he created a London based real estate marketing company that secured many exclusive contracts with a mixture of independent and franchise companies that deals with all! levels of home sales.

The services of the company included, creation of publications and brochure design, professional photography services, videography services, property floor plan creation and a revolutionary! 360 digital photography.
