Van Eddies Heating & Air Conditioning

I think Eddie is great. They came out to my house within 2 hours of my initial call and got my A/​C up and running again. The A/​C condenser was totally clogged and causing our A/​C to freeze up and not work. Eddie and his crew took care of all of the A/​C issues and their prices were very reasonable. He was even able to find a reuseable filter for the A/​C and did not even charge me for it. I liked their service and have no problem recommending them to anyone who needs heating or A/​C servicing.

My A/​C stopped working Saturday late afternoon. I called Eddie at 5pm and he was able to come out the same evening. He was efficient with the diagnosis and repair. We had working A/​C again!

I am so glad I called Eddie. He came out to my house immediately and was extremely reasonable with his pricing. He knows what he is doing and will be honest with what truly is wrong with your issue.

These guys are good at what they do and they appear to be honest. They came to my house and fixed an issue that I believe was caused by last company that came in and over charged me to boot. My system was not heating upstairs while downstairs would get out of control hot. They resolved most of it fairly priced and made a recommendation for the future.
Update:
In the next visit the estimated cost was questionable and I was skeptical after a little more research for a good reason. As it turned out I had another alternative that was less then ¼ of the cost which was accomplished for me by Nosweat Airconditioning services and it’s been 4 months since implementation.

Wow! I cannot say better things about Van Eddies! Our AC broke on July 2, and our management company was out of the office until July 6^th because of the 4^th of July holiday. I knew that my services might not be reimbursed by my landlord so I was shopping for 1. Something affordable 2. Something FAST. Anyone who lives in Florida knows that 4 days without AC in July is equivalent to a death sentence. Not for me! I called Eddie and he helped me through some identifying factors over the phone (and I’m no AC Repair man by any means. All very foreign to me). He was patient and thorough before he and his team came out within THE HOUR! They quickly found the problem, fixed it for a very affordable rate, exchanged some friendly banter, before heading on their way. Not only were they fast, affordable and professional, but also the funniest, most down to earth people you could want coming into your home. I definitely, without question, recommend them to anyone in need– you won’t be disappointed.

Our AC wasn’t working on the weekend, and I had called over 7 AC repaired companies, and Eddie was the first one to call me back. Within an hour, he was able to come fixed our AC and was very detailed on explaining what went wrong. His prices are very reasonable compared to other quotes I was getting. Definitely will call Eddie if my AC breaks agin.

Contacted Van Eddie’s Heating & Air and they literally arrived less than 2 hours after I called. They fixed our a/​c system without a sales pitch which was nice. They were very thorough in checking valves and refrigerant levels. Both guys were friendly and explained what they were doing as they worked. They did some things that previous A/​C repair guys from other companies had overlooked. They were in and out in about 2 hours and they made sure our system was running perfectly before they left. Our A/​C is still working great and we haven’t experienced any problems since. We will definitely use Van Eddie’s again in the future for our A/​C needs.

This guy was awesome! He doesn’t buy into the, «It can’t be fixed» way of thinking. He came to check my unit, and wouldn’t you know it, it was working. He patiently stood by to make sure it didn’t stop working. This was a Sunday morning.
He then wanted to spray off my coils, and my water spicket had a broken back flow regulator. He pulled out some tools to try to fix it. Did I forget to mention it was hotter than the Devil’s back side? Well, it was.
Eddie is just an all around good guy. I have a new HVAC guy. I highly recommend him.

We first discovered when needing to replace the old a/​c unit in our new home 3 years ago. From the first visit this company has provided excellent and prompt service. We were recently having issues with the unit draining and called to get service. He responded quickly and fixed the issue in a timely manner. After I tried to connect my new Nest Smart Thermostat myself (and failed miserably) I called Van Eddie’s. He came out the same day and reconnected all the wires properly and now I have an awesome new smart thermostat that saves me hundreds of dollars each year in cooling my Florida home. Don’t waste your time with anyone else, I will be Van Eddie’s customer for life!

I called Van Eddies after regular business hours, and Eddie was at my house within 30 minutes. He and his assistant were both friendly and professional. Took the time to explain the gauge readouts and thermal camera display so I understood exactly why my system was malfunctioning. I had ice cold air blowing within another 20 minutes. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

Van Eddie’s is excellent.
Here is my situation: woke up today & the A/​C wasn’t blowing cold air. Called a few places, they didn’t rub me the right way. I got a hold of Eddie with Van Eddie’s & he was was very accessible. Being as today is a Saturday I was concerned about availability, but Eddie was able to see me later this evening. Eddie walked me through every possible scenario while diagnosing the problem. He’s like a Dr. House of air conditioning. He’s a straight shooter & quickly & accurately solved the problem. No up-​sells, no gimmicks, no BS. I would recommend Van Eddie’s without hesitation.

Purchased an a/​c tune up groupon that was 49.00 that included a 21 point inspection. Very friendly service, turned out I needed a part for my a/​c that I would eventually need down the road and decided to go with this guy. he knocked 25.00 off which was really nice… honest a/​c guy!
