History

Established in 1993.

I obtained my undergraduate degree at the University of Central Florida, earning a B. A degree in prelaw political science. I then went to Nova Southeastern University and obtained my Juris Doctorate Degree (J.D.) in 1993. From there I became an assistant state attorney with the Orange-​Osceola State Attorney’s Office. After serving in this capacity, I moved into civil work as an Insurance Defense attorney with a local insurance defense firm. My clients included various insurance companies and corporations, including Avis Rent-​a-​Car, Winn-​Dixie, Ploof Trucking, and many others. I then went to work for State Farm Insurance Company as an insurance defense attorney, defending cases exclusively for State Farm. In 1999 I left State Farm to represent injured persons and their families, rather than insurance companies. I now limit my practice exclusively to all types of personal injury cases, including auto/​trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, Wrongful Death cases and more.

About Orlando Personal Injury Attorney, Todd K. Miner–

As an attorney for the largest auto insurance company in the country, Todd learned first-​hand how insurance companies defend personal injury cases; the legal tactics they use and the doctors they choose.

Now, Todd uses his extensive knowledge and experience representing people and families who have sustained personal injury and damages from auto, motorcycle and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, work or job injuries, and other cases involving injury or death caused by the negligence of another.

Todd is a life-​long Floridian, born in St. Petersburg and then moving to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida. He has been practicing here since being admitted to the Florida Bar in1993 after passing the Bar exam the first time.
