Tip-Top Nails

You need to be the first in the door otherwise you will be waiting forever and a day for anything! I’ve gone a couple times and there are only 3 people I like for tips and they are usually super busy, are good but can get snotty at times and I’m not paying anybody to fix their mistakes to then get attitude, NO!!! So it’s too far to deal with their craziness!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If I could rate 0 I would. This place is the ultimate worse of the worse! They agreed to everything I wanted in the beginning, which all I wanted was a gel color. Well when it came time for the gel part «we Dont do» «we Dont do» so I then ask for a basic clear gel. «We Dont do»
My nails were thick, the shape was lopsided. I had acrylic all under my nail, on my finger tips under the nail. I told the «manager» as Well as showed him my nails. He said the lady who did my nails would fix them. I told him I didn’t want her to touch my nails since she messed them up under the first place. He went balisic, yelling at me, telling me I had to ask for that in the beginning and said I was a lier when I told him I did.
I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE! THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE AN OPEN BUSINESS. I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER GO THERE AND WOULD NEVER EVER EVER TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE!!!
