I’ve used them many times for red light tickets and speeding tickets. Always great results. Some times you have to pay court costs but that is cheaper than points. The people that are complaining about having to pay court cost and no points, next time just plead guilty and see what the insurance rate increase is. Keep up the good work.

Had The Ticket Clinic represent me and fight my speeding ticket. Although they were able to ‘win’ the case, no points on my record. I had to pay them $ 90 and now I have to pay court fees of $ 314.00 — that is something they DO NOT tell you before you pay them. I would’ve rathered just paid the speed ticket fine which was much less and called it a day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. YOUR BETTER OFF EITHER PAYING THE TICKET OR GOING TO COURT YOURSELF. NO REASON TO PAY $ 90 TO TICKET CLINIC IT IS A JOKE.

Waste of time. I have hired them twice and both times they claim to get you no points but you still have to pay court cost plus their own fee. So basically it comes out to more then paying the ticket and going to online ticket school. Save your money and pay the ticket next time and do online traffic school. This company is a waste of time. Horrible customer service. They are just there to collect your money.

Got pulled over with a suspended tag, and got 5 tickets worth $ 1,100. Brought them to the ticket clinic and paid $ 500 to get points assessed in one of them, a 3 month suspension, and $ 2200 worth of court costs. Called earlier today to complain, and got a call back from Gianna Dominguez just to say there’s nothing that the firm (that I’ve already spent $ 1000 with) can do for me.

I’m giving them a 4 based on customer service. Hope they take care of my case. will update this review after my experience with this location.

A little over a month ago I received a ticket for making an «illegal» u-​turn (moving violation).
For those of you like me with a clean driving history, The Ticket Clinic offers a way to fight your ticket so that you don’t have to elect to take a defensive driving course and so that the Insurance companies can’t use the offense to jack up your rates.
It should be noted (according to my limited understanding):
When The Ticket Clinic defends you in court on your behalf, a «dismissal» means you are «not guilty» or «convicted» and if they lose the fight for a dismissal, you may get «adjudication withheld» which means a plea for «guilty but no conviction» is made.
If you decide to elect defensive driving instead; basically that means you are admitting guilt and thus convicted of the crime (it can never be expunged from your record as with adjudication withheld may be).
A little over a month later, I receive a letter from The Ticket Clinic stating that «the court withheld adjudication. No points were assessed and no conviction will appear on your record». But that «the court has ordered you to pay court costs in the amount of $ 166.00».
In my case, I took the gamble considering my perfect driving record but unfortunately The Ticket Clinic was unable get a dismissal (the officer showed in court and there were no discrepancies in the ticket/​case they could argue), meaning I still had to pay court costs.
For those of you that don’t mind spending the time to take an online defensive driving course for $ 8-​$ 10, you may consider this option instead of paying $ 90 to The Ticket Clinic plus the likelihood of paying your ticket/​court costs anyway (in case of adjudication).
The only difference being that you can only elect driving school once a year or five times in your lifetime according to what The Ticket Clinic told me.
I will say that in my experience The Ticket Clinic has highly professional staff and they responded very promptly to my emails and even went out of their way to call me in order to clear up some questions and concerns I had regarding the outcome of my case.
The bottom line is, if you’re unsure then ask because they’re there to help. In my case, I could have saved $ 80 by electing a defensive driving course online. However, for those who can’t afford the time and would rather take the gamble to fight the ticket and hope for dismissal (meaning you only have to pay The Ticket Clinic $ 90 and the ticket /​court fees are dropped), then by all means go for it…

I am very impress of such a great job! I am happy cause they help me to dismissed all the charges, points and conviction on my record. I’m telling you people… it really works! … Win, Win! GOOD JOB !

I’ve been using the Ticket Clinic for years. I used them in South Florida & was so excited to see them open an Orlando location. I’ve always had my tickets dismissed with no points or traffic school. Be prepared to pay their costs as well as court costs. It’s the government’s way of still getting their money. You’re real savings will come from this driving infraction not going on your record and your auto insurance never being aware of it.

I have used the ticket clinic before down in Boyton Beach about a year ago for a red light camera ticket and they have done a perfect job in dismissing my case, no points, and no court fees. Everything went smoothly and I have recommended all of my friends who have receive a ticket to go there.
Recently I have moved back to Orlando and I have received a ticket for simple speeding going over 9 mph over the speeding limit. I figured that the ticket clinic in Orlando would do a great job because of my recent experience down in South Florida. The employees were helpful and have answered all of my questions (only reason why its 2 stars).
About a month later after I have visited The Ticket Clinic in Orlando, I have received a letter from them stating that I owed court fees of $ 162.00 after they have «tried» to get my case dismissed. I realize that there was the risk of receiving court fees, but from my friends experience from the ticket clinic down in south florida, they were able to dismiss the case without any court fees and points. I pretty much paid this ticket clinic to take my points away for $ 90 when I could have taken an online class for less than $ 10 to get my points taken off. In total, I have paid $ 252.00 for the court fees and ticket clinic’s unsatisfying «lawyer» expertise. If I have NOT used the ticket clinic in Orlando, I would have ONLY spent $ 136.00 for the online traffic class, ticket and a couple hours of my time; saving me over $ 100.
What really bothered me was that they had the ability to extend my court fee payments, but they were just to lazy to ask the judge to do so. I have been told that if you receive ANY court fees, you have the right to ask the judge for a monthly payment plan. I am only a college student and I am on a very tight budget and when I found out I could have made monthly payments, this just lit a bon fire in the pit of my stomach and I was ready to breathe fire on this Unilocal review and help people understand the risks they are taking when using lawyer services such as ticket clinic.

The ticket clinic is a rip off. Look at the dates of the other reviews. Maybe in 2012 they had real lawyers. There are more recent reviews on google. You can see that I am not the only person who would tell you save your $ 90. My lawyers got my points «withheld» in exchange for an 8 hour IN PERSON driving course. I also have to pay an increased fine amount plus court charges.

They dismissed my ticket and charges. I didn’t have to go to court and just had to send them a statement. Highly recommend them!

They do what they say they will do. They remove the points from your license by having it adjudicated. Unfortunately like many reviews I have seen, you get stuck with the ticket and the court costs. In the long run, I guess its better than having your insurance premiums raised, but I don’t think these jokers are doing anything you couldn’t do for yourself. I say skip this service and go to court if you can. For Orlando, this is like an 80+ dollar service depending on if you set your own court date or not.

Great choice for traffic tickets. You dont have to go in to the office in most cases and they go to court for you. Win

The ticket clinic helped clear my record from a recent accident I felt i was not at fault. I would definetly recommend them to you. Thank you and I will be calling again if the need ever arises.

I LOVE THE TICKET CLINIC!!! If you ever have any driving infractions and want to make it go away. The ticket clinic is the place to go. These people are amazing and they have helped me keep a clean driving record.
