The Primal Hub’s Method of training is based on the principle of primal movement patterns. Our goal is to getaway from the traditional machine based fitness industry and to get back to the most important form of training. Training that focuses on primal movements.
Primal Movement Patterns are used in our everyday lives, at work, and in all the sports we play. They’re the foundation for most movements we perform. Our primal fitness program focuses on the 10 most important movement patterns.

Established in 2013.
Years of education and research have helped us make The Primal Hub Method a truly comprehensive program. We use our 10 basic movement patterns to develop short, effective workouts using traditional tools such as your own Body-Weight, Barbells and Dumbells. We also use less traditional tools such as Kettlebells, Ropes, Sleds, Tires, Sandbags, Suspension Trainers and Monkey Bars.

I feel it is my calling to help others find their inner strength and reach their personal goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight or simply to get stronger and improve your quality of life. My main objective is to be your guide and support to get you there.
Certifications: Nasm CPT, Nasm PES (Performance enhancement specialist). Current physical therapy student
