Established in 2001.

The Giff Group which is a real estate servicing company. Helping buyers and sellers in the home sales or home purchase first opened it’s doors in September of 2001 in New York. The company serviced that area until 2012 when it moved to Orlando Florida. Over the years we have not only gotten experience but as taken several advance study courses and also represented financial institution on their real estate assets. We have being through several real estate market changes and know how to work through each cycle. The changes in the real estate market as given us a competitive edge has we always seek to educate ourselves with each change in the market. Sandy started in the real estate industry as a real estate investor. When she relocated to Orange County New York she decided to obtain her real estate licensed in 2001. She as a natural passion for real estate and decided to share that passion with other people looking to do real estate transactions. She is certified in short sales, REOs or foreclosures, new construction homes, residential homes, condos, townhomes and vacation homes. Her goal is to assist buyers to get the most home for their money and for sellers to get the most value in their home. Sandy as also worked for various banks and financial institutions to sell their homes on the residential market. Hard work and dedication is her motto.
