I visited this location after dropping off my children to school. Line had about 5 people and I waited over 10 minutes for a tall flat white. When I received my drink it was made incorrectly and did not have a Ristretto shot in it. It tasted like a watered down latte. I was in a rush and did not get to ask them to remake it as I did not want to wait another 10 minutes. I buy a flat white everyday and the only location that makes it correctly 100%of the time is CityWalk Starbucks at Universal. Starbucks Corp locations should focus on training the correct process of making this popular drink.

I’ve been here a few times before and those trips were all the same, went in. ordered a drink, and left. Nothing out of the ordinary. Today I went in with a friend and we ordered two iced Carmel macchiato with skin, 2 breakfast sandwiches and a scone. Out total was 21 $ When we got our drinks they were hot(they were supposed to be cold) with out hesitation they remake them, when we got our scone they also gave us the wrong one, both of our sandwiches were fine. When we sat down and had a sip of our drinks we realized they were wrong… AGAIN. This time my friend spoke to a manager where they remade our drinks for the third time. It wasn’t that busy in there, it just seemed like they weren’t paying attention to those customers. If you go here, double check your order before you leave!

This is the easiest Starbucks to swing by between home and work for me. The service and drinks here are perfectly fine but the parking is horrible. I probably shouldn’t be doing it, but my solution is to make a mobile order and then park in the handicapped spot. My justification is that I’m simply walking straight in and out and it really doesn’t take more than a couple minutes, if even that.

One may argue that a Starbucks is a Starbucks, and this is indeed true fueled by the corporate campaign to make all store pretty much identical. The devil is in the details. Full disclosure, this one is just a short half mile from my humble abode, thus making it a convenient stop whenever I stroll by. Service is ok, but so are all the other stores from the chain. Very little seating space, if you are lucky to score a seat outside, you may have a good vantage point to see and be seen. Not much to see here, but I am glad it’s there.

This cozy little Starbucks is a great stop before or after doing some Edgewater Dr shopping — I usually pop in after hitting Dechoes or before doing my grocery shopping at Publix when it is just too darn early to be coherently following a shopping list. No drive thru but always fast and friendly inside.

Yeah, it’s silly to review Starbucks, but yeah, here I go. This is my favorite Starbucks in Orlando for many reasons. 1. It’s small and cozy. 2. It’s in College Park. 3. The staff are always always nice, courteous, and engaging. They feel like family. 4. There is NODRIVE-THROUGH!!! YAY! This always seems to turn me off for a coffee shop. 5. Because of #4, they’re not having to wear those silly headsets that distract them from serving the customers(See #3). 6. They know my order, even if I haven’t been in there in months.

I’ve been here a couple times, and the service has been fine and up to normal Starbucks standards. There’s not a lot of seating at this location so just be aware of that if you’re bringing a big group and planning to hang out. That said, it’s a great location for the College Park crowd.

Customer service is usually said with a shaking of the fist these days, but I’m happy to say that at this College Park Starbucks, it still means something! A friend and I both wanted to try the holiday Eggnog Latte. We were so excited! We’d never had them before, and we’re huge fans of the nog! These were… not right. They were bitter. Or the eggnog had gone off. Or something was desperately wrong. We brought them back to the baristas, and without any grumpiness, they made us alternative beverages. My Skinny Vanilla Latte was great and my friend’s Peppermint Mocha was delish. Thanks, Starbucks, for showing me that it is indeed the most wonderful time of the year!

Nice little Starbucks with a neighborhood feel! Stopped here with a friend after a workout session down the street. It’s a smaller location and almost feels a little narrow since there is not much standing room around the counter. I had planned to order and unfortunately my Starbucks app was acting up(which of course had my gift card). The barista on duty was super nice and tried to help out but there was only so much he could do. It isn’t Starbucks Tech support! Ended up ordering(after giving up on my app) and hanging out for a little bit. I liked the cozy feel of this location and how friendly everyone was. Would totally stop by again if in the area!

Hooked on the Lime Refreshers. This is a good location if you’re out and about in College Park and need a pick me up. Bike rack right out front(as all CP businesses should have).

Love the location I stop in when in the area very friendly staff I’ve always been greeted with a smile and great service. It is small in size but they do a great job here plenty of parking with over flow parking in the Publix employee lot. No drive through so you need to go inside mostly a younger crowd but hey it’s College Park :-)

This is probably one of the most poorly planned @Starbucks I ever been to. Employees need to drink some sunshine as well!

This is the College Park bucks location and it’s rather tiny. The service and product is just like any other bucks but there just isn’t much room to hang out. They have a few spots inside but it’s pretty tight. Also, they used to have tables outside but they removed them, not sure why. So you can’t really chill here outside comfortable. Also, there is only one way in the parking lot, and it’s just set up awkwardly if you come from 1 of 3 directions. All one way throughout too. Overall, okay to stop by and grab a drink, just make sure you abide by the parking lot.

This location is big enough and in a good location so it’s accessible. The staff is friendly and quick, and the indoor & outdoor seating is nice. Solid Starbucks.

First time at this location, walked from Publix to grab a cappuccino for my biscotti. Ordered a grande cappuccino light foam. The guy called out for my coffee and I topped it with cinnamon and was out the door. Driving back to work I noticed it was sort of sweet. A few more sips and remembered the guy yelled out a grande Skinny Vanilla Latte before my coffee, and the lady grabbed that. Maybe he mixed them up and she got my cappuccino. Hehehe Oh well I love the skinny lattes too! I’m happy either way! Thanks guys! Love the corner location too! Made me feel like I was walking through the Plaka in Athens or perhaps Carytown in R.VA.

Nice Starbucks located next to the Publix on Edgewater Drive. Good sized parking lot means it’s easy to get in and out, even when packed. Staff is nice, makes great beverages and this Starbucks has a nice vibe to it.

Great corner side SBUX for great people watching. This is a rather small location, however, there is a huge dining table that is great for work space. I really like the exposed wood paneling at this location as well. This is actually the first SBUX location I have seen with it. Service is friendly and baristas seem to know the customers as well. I also received a discount for my sustainable mug here :) Ain’t nothing wrong with that!

I absolutely adore this Starbucks! Now yes, granted it’s your typical Starbucks café, but what I particularly like about this one is the location. Located in College Park, this one sits on the corner of Edgewater Drive and is a great little spot for people watching should you decide to sit outside at one of the little sidewalk tables. The staff is always cheerful and very accommodating. One experience in particular, somehow my drink order was missed. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they were super apologetic and quickly rectified the situation and even gave me a voucher for a free drink. Now that’s customer service!!! The other thing I enjoy about this location is they are very pet friendly, even offering a water bowl for visiting four legged friends! One time, on a particularly hot day, they even kindly refilled the water bowl for my little dog and even put ice in it! Now that’s just awesome!!!
