Soho Hero

Never using this store again … has convenience since there is nothing else close by but not worth being ripped off.
Incredibly overpriced shipping from this store, I was charged almost $ 40 to ship a medium sized package with a delivery time of about 5 – 8 business days.
Could have gotten faster shipping at more than half that price at USPS using a priority box.
Just another example of an overpriced Avalon park business … really shameful to be honest since this area is pretty nice …
Maybe the copy and print is good but I’ve never used it and don’t ever plan on going back into this store.

The Lady is nice and I understand a small business needs to make money. But $ 28 premium to slap a label on a shipping boxes an offing ripoff. Do NOT shipwith her ever. If you need copies or whatever, go ahead. Shipped two item, total cost $ 108. If I had shipped them USPS, would have run me $ 75. If I did each separate at FedEx Office on Alafaya, would have cost me under $ 50. This is a sham and I am pissed. Never again…

They charge an arm and a leg, ended up paying about $ 180 to ship something that would’ve cost me $ 50 to ship elsewhere (I checked after). Two ladies helped me, and they both seemed nice, but they didn’t seem concerned with the rates they charged me (didn’t suggest that any other place would ship it for cheaper), they acted like I would have to pay this price or even more as if I went to the post office. I was in a hurry, so I went ahead and had them ship it for me. I brought all my own packing materials, and they ended up using maybe their own tape, and I saw a service charge on my receipt. I would’ve packaged it myself and used my own tape since I brought that too. Never coming here to ship anything ever again. A friend of mine who also came here told me they charged her $ 30 to ship small package, which was a return of a t-​shirt. She could’ve used priority mail and it would’ve cost her half the price. Total rip-​off.

I am a Realtor in Orlando, and if you are selling in Avalon Park you need a special sign in some neighborhoods. Soho Hero is the place to go. They are right in Avalon Park, and well aware of the signage requirements.
The price was kind of high, and it took a few days. In the end, I know it is the right sign for the area.

Soho Hero is no Kinko’s but it does the job if you need copies made, something special printed or need to ship something out and live in the Avalon Park area. Although small in size, they are capable of doing just about anything print, copy and mail related.
The price, however, is not right in my opinion. They tend to be a bit more expensive than Kindo’s or Office Max, but that’s probably because they are not a corporation and don’t have several locations. If you’re in a rush and have no time to go elsewhere or simply don’t want to, Soho Hero is perfect for you.
