Savannah at Park Central Aparments

Not sure what else one would want in an apartment community. The LOCATION is convenient. Very close to I-​4 and easy to get to pretty much anywhere.
Many stores – mall of millennia, target, IKEA, and soon to come Costco and Wawa, are all within WALKING DISTANCE, in addition to other strip malls.
This is a GATED community, inside Park Central, which contains 4 other communities. A sports bar, superb gym, quick stop, many pools, hot tub, sand volleyball, tennis courts, and boardwalk are all available here.
SECURITY here is taken seriously. A security company provides a gate guard at front entrance. Guests will need to provide ID when entering. Also, you will need gate code and card to enter into Savannah specifically. Security cars are constantly patrolling the grounds.
The service here is fantastic. Use online request for maintenance and pay rent online. You are charged for water, sewer, and VALET TRASH service. Valet trash service makes it easy for you to dispose of trash right outside your door without walking to dumpster.
Disappointed the only wifi service here is through Brighthouse. But what can you do?
Local WILDLIFE can be spotted at any given moment. Plenty of ducks, fish, birds, turtles and fish here. Even spotted an armadillo.
The GROUNDS are well maintained. Great walking areas with lakes, and fountains. Keep in mind landscaping usually arrive in the morning, so there will be noise.
The GYM at the center of Park central is unlike any other apartment community I’ve seen. It’s a real gym. Free classes are also offered to residents. You just have to see it.. .
A smaller gym is also available at the savannah club house.
A dog park, and red boxes for DVD rental are also onsite.
The APARTMENT itself I have enjoyed. Washer and dryer included. Gorgeous space – Favorite are the screens in lanais. Service requests are handled quickly.
The OFFICE folks are great! It’s cool to just walk in for coffee and have a chat with Brenda, Jasmin, or Carlton. Community activities are planned on occasion, so it’s fun.
The POSTAL boxes are communal. Nate is the best damn postman I ever had in life. The office also offers package service which is a plus. Just make sure your apartment number is listed on your mail so you will receive it.
So, Ive said all this to say, this a wonderful community, especially considering all the fantastic amenities included.

Moved in last week and I am still amazed at how nice this place is. Our unit is so large with 9 ft ceilings and fairly thick walls. I never hear neighbors tvs or footsteps. Occassionally hear the dog across the hall but inside it is very muffled. The layout of the units is great with beautiful views of the courtyard. I feel very secure here and feels like I’m on vaca!
