The owner was drunk and he was so rude and unprofessional. Wanted to charge us for a shitty hookah that did not taste good at all. Every thing took forever to come. 0 service. Btw he was also rude to his employee. Was yelling at him in front of customers. I don’t recommend the place .Never and Never going back.

I was visiting orlando and searched for a place to eat and smoke hookah.

I went to this place after dinner to smoke a cigar and have some drinks with my wife. 1 dried out cigar and a cheap bottle of wine cost 62 dollars. They also disabled the drinking fountains and charge for water. On top of all that they played the same 6 songs over and over again. I will never come back, stay away from this place and save your money.

Service was super slow. It took 30+ mins to get my hookah then they made it wrong. They have a good crowd. Hookah was ok. He offered free food for the mistake so I got hummus. Then he charged me for the hummus, said it was a mistake then wouldn’t refund my money.

Such an awesome place and awesome people. They treat you like an old friend of them. The hookah is one of my fav in Orlando. You pick a song and they put it for you and your friends to enjoy it. Yesterday, I forgot my wallet and it was in the right hands, they kept it until i came back to pick it up. I give it 5 stars.

This place was absolutely horrible. My husband and I were visiting Orlando and decided to go to this hookah lounge. If you smoke hookah regularly this is not the place for you. We ordered the royal hookah for $ 35 and it was not smoking at all. We told the staff about 10 times and they kept adding and taking away coals and that did not change anything about how the hookah was smoking. We then ordered a regular hookah which wasn’t that great either. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They also charged an 18% gratuity fee… We weren’t a large party, only two people.

Hands down one of the greatest hookah lounges restaurant I’ve been in Orlando. The food was delicious and service was superb. Management as well as the owners are easygoing and friendly. Prices were really affordable. And their royal Art hookah was amazing.

I really enjoyed this place. The hookah tasted good and the food was good also. The atmosphere was a nice cozy setting in which you sit on couches. They dim the lights and have good music playing.
Deff. a nice hangout spot that I want to try again.

Me and a group of friends came in and asked for white peach. They didn’t have through traditional brands, and suggested Fumari. It came out after 15 minutes. It wasn’t packed properly, because it was super coaly from the get go. We told the server and said to please give us a different flavor since we only did one puff. We got a different flavor and it came out after 25 minutes. it was still packed badly. We decided to leave after 10 minutes, and the server charged us for two hookahs instead of one. We tried to dispute it but they said we used the first one (one puff counts). It was horrible and very time consuming service and we are out of town so it put a dent in our night. I wouldn’t advise to go there.

Horrible place. Service is super slow. We asked almost for everything 3 – 4 times. Most of the items in the menu are not available. Appetizers are not fresh. Hookah is made with synthetic coal.
Waited forever for a check. Waitresses do not know what is what in the menu.
Crazy place.
Never coming back. Night out was a disaster.

Not your regular hookah bar, so much better! Great ambience. Husband and wife owners are extremely attentive and provide superior service. Highly recommended if you are in the Orlando area and you Must try the vegetarian burger. It is the best I have ever had!
