I was actually surprised that it had some reasonably priced items. I feel like every vintage boutique I go in has overpriced clothing that I could never afford. Of course, most things were expensive. The clothing racks we’re fun to scroll through because you never knew what you would see next. Everything was so different. Multiple eras of clothing I feel like. That being said, it was a small store, so if you didn’t find what you were looking for or you did, it may not be in your size. I wish it just had more stock for each category of clothing.
Note that it is tucked in the back to the left, off the street. It can be easily missed. Sadly, I walked away empty handed, but I could be back in the future.

Retromended is for the Vintage Retro Minded for Sure! Brandy the store owner is a gem and brilliant at her craft. The day I happened to go shopping there was a major sale. Score! What shall you find here? A vast array of unique vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories. I mean the shop is so well organized you can stay in here for hours rummaging through great finds. You will travel into a time warp because you will be able hold clothing in your hands that easily comes from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.
Also if you are concerned about how the clothing may fit, Brandy works with a seamstress to fit your every need. So that in itself a cool little perk. This gem of a shop is tucked away in the lovely Ivanhoe Village. I was super happy to find a place where fashion has no limits.

I really like this little shop and the owner is very nice. It is indeed a little pricier BUT everything is nicely organized and curated as others have mentioned. They also have some very nice pieces of jewelry. It’s a small store but there are a number of nice things to look at, even for men. They had shirts that so reminded me of my Dad I wanted to hug them on the rack. lol My only gripe with this store, and most vintage stores is that the clothing leans to the ultra girlie girl side circa nineteen fifties… or much worse, the eighties.

Super cute vintage boutique in Ivanhoe Village. More expensive than some consignment shops, more affordable than others. Very well curated and the owner is always switching up the layout and updating with cute pics on Instagram. Good vibes! I’ve gotten lots of cute things here.

Really adorable boutique. I loved all the pieces in the store, the owner has great taste and she’s super sweet. I’ll definitely revisit, the prices are also VERY FAIR! Definitely worth checking out.

Definitely a curated-​vintage spot, not a thrift-​vintage spot. You might pay a little bit more, but you’ll save the time of sifting through items as you’re going straight to the good stuff. Retromended stocks mostly women’s clothing, with some jewelry and home décor (spotted a really pretty leather suitcase on my last visit — as a hoarder I already have a few but someone should go grab it :))
Great location in the Ivanhood too in a cute little courtyard, would be a nice stop before/​after a drink @ Hammered Lamb or a pastry at Yalaha.

Awesome little place, I found some really cool earrings and had a great conversation with Brandy, the owner. She was very friendly, very helpful without being at all overbearing, and she is clearly highly invested in the local community. She gave me tons of great leads on area cafes, bars, spaces that I can checkout next time I’m here.
Her small little store contains something for everyone. She also holds events in the little courtyard outside her store. I will definitely mop in again next time I’m in town!

This is an adorable store tucked away on Orange avenue in a little courtyard. The space is small but the owner has a great selection of hand-​picked vintage items including clothes, shoes, and jewelry.
The prices are what really made me appreciate this store. She is selling vintage items for vintage prices! Imagine that?! The pricing is very reasonable and more of what I expect from a vintage shop than what is currently found in Orlando.

Some people enjoy the hunt in finding second hand and vintage clothing. You go to a store that doesn’t do any type of sorting and you dig for two days to find something that you can wear.
This is not that type of store.
Retromended has a large selection of mostly women’s, curated second hand and vintage items. When I’ve been in there I would say it’s about 80% women’s vintage along with 20% men’s. There’s a lot of great shirts and jackets in the Men’s section, and since they’ve opened I’ve been able to find at least 3 shirts that work for me.
The first difference between this store and other vintage stores is all of junk you usually find in a vintage store has been left out, and what’s left is a quality selection of original or «reconstructed» items. Secondly, as far as I know they aren’t looking to have people bring in all of their stuff on a cash or trade program. What that tells me is that this store isn’t about trying to make cash from your unwanted items, this store is all about great vintage finds.
Over the past few years there’s been a lot more of these cool shops opening up in Orlando, and I hope the trend continues. It’s a little hard to find, but most cool places are.

Yes, it’s a little hidden on the row across from the lake but it sits in a back corner under the foliage in the middle of the strip. You will see the sign outside, check my photo (

Head in here when you have a few minutes as you will want to check everything out from the amazing jewelry to cool clothes and dope accessories. I limited myself to a bracelet (my current obsession) and some awesome wood earrings. I always love it when I come across items that remind me of pieces my mom had when I was younger. I wish I snagged more of her goods but she still has a good amount.
This place is gorgeous, clean and super organized. You will have a pleasant time while checking everything out. Make an afternoon of it and check out a wine tasting at Tim’s and treats at Yalaha! If Brandy, the owner is in, chat with her, you will hear her passion for this business and she is so sweet.
Note, they are closed on Mondays and they do accept cards!

Very cute store. Well curated, spacious, and a good variety of items (accessories, shoes, clothing, men’s, women’s, etc.). The owner was very gracious and sweet. I had my 3 year old with me and she found a train in the back for her to play with so I could shop in peace. However, I thought the prices were high. I do expect vintage clothing to be more expensive in a vintage store (as compared to a thrift store) but I was surprised by the prices on some of the clothing items, like the shirts and skirts. Great location. I was leaning toward a 3 on this review, because of price, but the owner’s awesomeness pushed it up to a 4.
