This place is filthy. Customer service is horrible. And their bathrooms look like junkies use them. SHIT in the men’s restroom and piss all over the womens. My husband and I were so disgusted. There were a pair of old ADIDAS shoes laying on the floor, someone obviously walked out with new shoes on. Absolutely the most disgusting outlet I have EVER BEEN TO.

My mom needed some shoes so we went here since she likes Reebok’s. Personally I wasn’t impressed with anything there. We found an associate working (wish I got his name because he was the only friendly one there) and he was able to give us a few suggestions on the kind of shoes my mom was looking for. The other associates all seemed like they didn’t want to be there and the girl who checked us out was the worst. I probably will never go back unless I have to. Next time we will shop elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised by this reebok store. While I’ve been to this outlet shopping center many times, I *never* went into the reebok store because it’s not attached to the main shopping area. It’s just on the other side of the parking lot but I guess it’s a mental thing. That said, it’s definitely worth the trip across the parking lot to check out their selection. Lots of cool looking sneakers and sports gear at outlet sale prices. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Men’s, women’s, and kids items available.

My two girlfriends and I all found shoes we liked at this Rockport. The very friendly woman at the counter helped us figure out what discount was best (printed VIP coupons or the 3/​$ 99 deal).
It wouldn’t surprise me if I went back and didn’t find anything that I liked in my size — but for this shopping trip, I’m a fan.

Like all outlet shops, the Reebok/​Rockport outlet store is a sea of cheap remnants that never happen to be in your size.
They have lots of buy one and get the second half price. So best is to shop with a friend, as the likelihood of finding 2 things in your size are slim! Bonus is the Disney discount; takes care of the tax at least!
The store clerk was very accommodating and did his best to try and find the boyfriend a pair of shoes that fit. I was impressed with his willingness to keep running to the back to look.
Be careful when trying to leave as it’s a nightmare… Parking lot until you reach Oakridge. Just be patient, you’ll get there at some point!

Came for shoes, left with shoes. There was one sales person in the store trying to help everyone… he did a decent job help us and I have no complaints. He was nice and did his best to help us find what we were looking for. Bought two pairs of shoes with their buy one get second half off.
Beware traffic in this place is a zoo. I think it took 20 minutes to get out to Oakridge Road.

My son has wanted «Zig Tech» shoes forever. We happened into this store while on vacation. We found the shoes and tried on several pair. When we asked a few questions of the staff we were met with short, curt, unhelpful responses. One pair of the shoes we wanted were mis-​marked, and the clerk acted as if it were our fault.
The best part was when we checked out. The gentleman in front of us had some issues. We waited in line for almost 15 minutes while 4 other clerks stood around and did not open another register. When we put the shoes on the counter and began to walk out — a miracle occurred and they opened a 2nd register.
If you’re looking for decent prices on Reebok wear with very poor service — this locale is for you!
