I went to Quality iRepairs to see if they could help me put on my screen protector. Other places I went to said they wouldn’t do it unless I was a customer. Quality iRepairs did not hesitate taking care of my needs. While I was there I was educated on screen protection and became their customer because I made a purchase. Now due to service and the location being close to my home, I’m a customer for life. Other businesses need to take notes on this service. Thanks QI!

Quality iRepairs is Amazing! Prior to coming here, I called in advance to make sure they had time to fix an HTC M8 phone that was severely cracked and the LCD highly damaged where you couldn’t see the screen anymore. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone, Demetri, was very accommodating and told me to come in. I walked in the store which was very clean and I was immediately welcomed by another gentleman and told me it would be about an hour. (The store’s locations is very nice because it’s in a plaza and next to a big Walmart so there is plenty of things to do while you await for your device!)
I went back to the store about 45 min later and sat in their sofa section for not too long until my phone was brought back to me with a perfect screen!
If anyone needs a device repaired, go to these guys! Great customer service, highly professional, clean and spacious store, & very accommodating!

My son’s iPhone 6 took a dip in the drink… We tried the bag of rice trick with no success. Thought we would give this place a try and we are glad we did! Great customer service and seemed genuine when taking us through the process and what to expect.
They did let us know that problems may arise in the future from the water exposure and to keep his phone backed up but for now all is working and life is good!

If you have something that needs fixing, take it here. The guy who helped us was incredibly nice, helpful, and honest.
We went to have a cracked screen fixed on my phone and get a battery replaced on my father-in-law’s iPad. When we came back to pick up the iPad, we were told that it didn’t need a new battery. They had recharged it and seen that multiple apps were still running, and that one of them was not meant for the iPad and therefore tends to drain battery more than a GPS. The battery is running fine, and we weren’t even charged.

What a vacation saver this place was!!! We arrived from LA last night for a WDW vacation and dropped my Wife’s phone at the airport shattering the screen. Needless to say, she was not happy about it and was upset about having to spend a week at WDW with a busted phone. Anyway, found this place on Unilocal,had great reviews. So I called, spoke with Dimitri, he had the screen in stock, took a 15 minute cab ride from Epcot, he knew I was waiting, so 40 minutes later, I had a repaired phone and was in a cab back to the park. What did I miss? I missed my family standing in an 80minute line for Test Track, and a Churro! That’s all! For the peace I would have the rest of the week, not hearing complaints from the Wifey about a busted screen… definitely worth it! Thanks, Dimitri! Your outstanding service will be forever remembered as truly «life» saving!

My iPhone screen cracked while I was on vacation. The repair was quick and everyone was nice at Quality Repairs. 2 days later my charging port started giving me problems. I called, and was told was not related. I unfortunately cracked my screen 1 month later (otter box seems to be useless in my case) and when I took my phone to be repaired in Boston (my home town) I was showed that Quality Repairs left a screw missing. No one else had ever opened this phone up, so that upsets me. The owner of my local repair shop did say that the charging port was not tampered with but that the missing screw could have fallen into the phone and affected this.

I took my iPhone here after dropping it yesterday resulting in a severly shattered screen. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was told the screen could be replaced in 45 min.
Well, 45 min. later, my phone looked as good as new. Speedy drop off. Speedy pick up. Good price. Excellent service.
I hope not to damage my phone again but if I do, I’ll be bringing it back here.

All electronics repaired here — not just phones… My daughter’s Apple MacBook Pro had critical problems and to make it worse she is graduating college in 3 weeks. Of course all of her files for finals, research, etc are locked inside the dead computer and she is only home for the weekend. No problem for Quality iRepairs! Within an hour, the laptop had been restored back to life and at an exceptionally reasonable price. The owner is very friendly, professional, and tech savvy. This is a contact that stays in my files for sure.

This is an excellent shop to have your iPhone or Samsung or smart phone repaired quickly and cheaply. I had broken my iPhone screen and this was repaired in 60 minutes and for just $ 69. Dimitri. the shop owner/​manager, is extremely nice and gives you all of your alternatives. He can also give you a shatterproof screen saver for just 20 bucks. This is an A+ plus experience. The shop is located in the strip shops next to the super Walmart.

I left to run a few errands and when I got back there was my phone all shiny and new again!
Would go there again — hopefully I don’t ever have to — but if I do — this is the place I will go!
