Publix

I dont ever leave reviews but i was disgusted! I picked up a batch of raw bloody chicken me and my family ate. Never again!

I stop here every morning for breakfast. The Bakery needs to get their shit together. At 7 am that bakery case should be filled up with doughnuts and pastries for customers to purchase. They never have anything in the case and nothing on baker racks ready for purchase. Management needs to light a fire under some asses and get the job done. So much for customer service.

Avoid.
They will not stock my precious Wheetabix even though I have asked twice.. .
And I asked nicely too.
Fruit spoils quickly.
They do not carry other items easily found in other publix stores.

It’s unfortunate that this is the closest publix to my home. I never have a problem with the product, I just have a major problem with the staff. Mostly the cashiers… I hate to have to bring race into it but I am white and the majority of the staff is African American. I am treated poorly by the African American staff every time I go in there. Went today and couldn’t take it anymore. I won’t ever return again. I Never got a hello. Never got a have a nice day. In fact the only thing she said was my total. It’s the same situation every time I go. Publix is supposed to have the best customer service but this store is extremely unfriendly.

This is the closest Publix to my house. I find everything I need and more. I am a big fan of their fruit. It always seem fresh and tasty. I also love taking advantage of the BOGO’s specials. Who doesn’t love getting 2 item for the price of one? The employees seem to be helpful when I needed assistance. I never really have a problem unless it’s on a Friday evening. This place gets really busy, so don’t stop by if your in a rush.
Overall this Publix is A OK with me!

Okay, so before I’ve been to this Publix location a few times it has never been my favorite… this visit was no different. When I think Publix, I think, fresh I think clean, I think friendly… not in the case of this location. I went there just to grab a sub for dinner. I walked in and it appears that there may have been something wrong with their lights, as it seemed dimmer than normal but I shrugged it off and continued on my way. I went to the deli for my sub and there were a few people in front of me so I settled in to wait my turn. I’m used to someone at least acknowledging my presence in line with a «we’ll be with you shortly» but not today. I just waited and took notice of the sandwich makers; Two young men who looked as they were either fresh out of training or have been there a while and have gotten complacent. The entire area was a mess!
Sandwich toppings were everywhere as if there had recently been a food fight. I will admit that it was about 20 minutes before closing; however I have never seen a Publix deli section in this much disarray. They were out of white bread and low on just about everything else and were scrambling to replenish as customers ordered. There were other staff members in the back it seemed that in the spirit of teamwork they would have helped with refilling certain things so that the men making sandwiches did not have to… but no, they just carried on with whatever else they were doing which did not seem like that much to me.
But anyways, I will admit they were friendly and tried to be quick about making the subs but the display was just terrible and had I not been in a rush, I honestly would have left and tried somewhere else. It’s pretty safe to say that I will not be visiting here again unless it’s an absolute must :/

most people don’t believe me that there exists a «bad» publix. Well this is it. I love publix in general. The produce, the sandwiches, the great staff. This place has none of that. The parking lot is A.0 a deathtrap and B.) Impossible to get in or out of easily. The actual doors into the store are at an angle that people cannot be leaving or entering at the same time. And this is on both sides. The carts are falling apart, and the whole store is old and run down. The famous publix deli (a site of so many of my happinesses) is crap here. They even got my online order through the app wrong. The staff is so incompetent it feels like you’re at Walmart… but with higher prices. This neighborhood needs a full grocery, but they may need to start from scratch.

This store is my first experience with Publix, a large regional supermarket chain in Florida and southeast US. It reminds me a lot of the Safeway store that we find in San Francisco. Price are fine as well as the selection and it is useful to have one near by.

Publix is my Vons of Florida. Have yet to see an Albertsons or Vons here but it’ll do for now. A grocery store such as this one deserves 5 stars for superior customer service satisfaction!

I would rate most Publix locations 4 out of 5. This location, not so much. They have pretty much all of the same stuff you would find at any other Publix. The difference here is the staff. Most Publix employees I have encountered are friendly professionals eager to help you out with anything you may need. Generally speaking, most are younger adults who may be working while going to high school or college.
This location is staffed with mostly working adults. They do not carry themselves with the same pride or professionalism that you would typically see at other locations. It is just a job to them and you can tell just by looking or talking to them. They would be better suited working at Wal-​Mart.
Shopping at Publix, I know I am going to pay a little more than other places. I don’t mind this because I know that the service and professionalism is going to be well worth the extra money I spend here. When you do not get that same service or professionalism while still spending the same money, it is a little frustrating.
The deli employee I got to deal with today could not seem any less interested in slicing my ham, almost like I have asked them to donate a kidney.
Overall, I say this location is 2.5 out of 5. They have some work to do.

I’m bumping them up to 3 stars. I’ve been pretty brutal to this Publix in the past, but over the past few months they have added some very nice and knowledgable employees and they have also addressed a few of the issues I’ve had with them. This means a lot because in the past I felt they just didn’t care but they have shown me that they definitely do care.
It’s still not the best Publix in the area, but they are trying and I’m now pulling for them.

Why, why, why??? Why is this the closest Publix for me!!! I really dislike this grocery store. Never go by myself there. I rather stop by the Target that I don’t like that much either but that is probably better. I have been at other Publix where fruit and vegetables look and are so fresh. Here it seem like they bring the left overs or something… Can’t wait for some day to move somewhere nicer.

This location has the best selection in the hot food section of Latin food. Specially the ham, cheese, and chicken croquets. YUM!!!

Most times I’ve been to this location, staff is not really that helpful. You’ll either wait in line 10 minutes or a few. The staff talks a lot to each other. The other day I waited like 10 minutes listening to an employee purchase her groceries with four different modes of payment and the cashier was just standing around in la-​la land! Normally I love going to any publix because I know I pay more for better service, but I have been continually disappointed.
