I come from European descent and have brown and transparent hairs on my face. I have thicker hairs I wanted zapped on my upper lip and chin. However, I also have hyper pigmentation issues when I’m in the sun. So Karen explained to me I wasn’t the best candidate for their high quality laser. So even though I didn’t get anything done, I know they won’t take just anyone’s money. They care about their clients and want to see results. I highly recommend.

Where do I start? I had a nightmare of an experience at what was supposed to be a reputable laser treatment facility, and after that, I gave up. A few years (and thousands of wasted dollars) later, I decided I would act on what I wanted and get laser hair removal– the right way. I work hard and deserved one thing for myself. I did my research and finally came upon Premier Laser Spa of Orlando. I had a consultation with a very friendly woman. Since then, it’s been SUCH a pleasure. I am still only 2 treatments in, but the service is impeccable. My technician is professional, polite, and all around lovely. She checks up on me and genuinely cares about what she does. So far, I am extremely pleased with my experience and I would recommend it to ANYONE! :) I will write another review when my treatments are complete, but I am sure the excellent service will continue. What drew me into this spa is their guarantee– if for whatever reason the hair starts to grow back, even slightly, in the future, I can come back in at no charge for touch ups. Other places I shopped charge a fee, which, I’ve already paid you a lot of money for your services… Why charge me again?
Otherwise, the staff is very inviting. My first impression was Cookie, who made me feel right at home. What a sweet lady! Then when Rob and Julia spoke with me, I knew I made the right choice. No hard selling, no pressuring, pretty great financing options (my budget is super tight) and they explained how superior their laser is to others’. They knew the actual science behind it, which was comforting. I had a ton of questions that they answered without blinking an eye. Because of them, I signed up immediately.
My first laser appointment was today, which was quicker and much less painful than expected… I can’t wait to see the final results after a few more treatments!

I was originally a little leery about getting laser hair removal, but when I went in and spoke with Gina, she put me at ease! They are so knowledgeable! She showed and explained to me exactly how it worked. They provide between 8 treatments on any given area to make sure that they treat the WHOLE area through an entire growth cycle. I mean, if you go through the entire treatment with them, that hair will not grow back in that area. They do still provide a guarantee. If your body changes or new follicles grow, you can go back and be retreated under your guarantee!
The pricing in the area is competitive based on my research, they are more expensive then some, less expensive than others, but again — they protect your investment and guarantee treatment will be successful.
When I went back for my first treatment, I met with Suzi. She was incredibly sweet. She explained what to expect and got straight to work. The whole thing took maybe 5 minutes! The rooms are clean, well ventilated, and comfortable.
I go back in about 7 weeks for my next treatment! I cannot wait to see the results! :)
