I’ve gone to this store several times. The female owner is very nice. The husband is a rude obnoxious man. Our most recent trip involved my sister and I purchasing two rocking chairs. I know they do no refunds. I told the owner that the rocking chair seemed too large for my living room. He said if I bought it and it was too big I would not get a refund but I could exchange it for something else. So we purchased the chairs and, of course mine was too large for the space. I called the store and spoke to the owner and told him the chair was too large and I would like to exchange it for something else. He was so rude, he told me all sales were final. I reminded him that he told me I could exchange. He said he did not say that and hung up on me. I called back a couple of days later and started the conversation with me reminding him I was in there with my sister and we purchased the two rocking chairs. He said he remembered and he already told me no refunds and to stop calling him. Needless to say this purchase is a complete waste. The rocking chair has been sitting in my garage since. Tags still in it. I would NEVER buy anything from them again.
