One of the best customer service experiences anywhere in a long time! We were so impressed with the spring repair in December that we decided to have them replace our old door and opener in January. Your appointment is confirmed via email with pictures of all of their technicians and their backgrounds. High quality products, knowledgeable and friendly employees with reasonable prices that include labor. Plus, everything is paperless since it’s done on an iPad and invoice and other info is emailed to you. There are many ads that say Overhead Garage Door… just be sure it also says Precision Door Service! Highly recommend them!

Arrived same day and fixed my garage door. No clue if the price was fair, but the repair took under an hour. I’m just happy to be able to park in my garage again!

I used bought my current house in 2011. The garage door opener wasn’t working. Checked on Angies list and found Precision Door. A technician came out and careful explained that I needed a new door and opener. He answered all my questions so that I understood why I needed a new door. I agreed and a new garage door and opener was installed the next day. Been operating fine. I recently called for work at another house I own and they came out when scheduled. Turned out my previous tenant had disabled the opener and if I had know enough I could have fixed it. But while there I had a couple other things checked out and the service fee was reasonable. I will definitely use precision door again.

I had my Precision Garage Door installed 4 years ago — and it’s worked flawlessly since. My older dog was in the garage recently and got caught in the wire of my safety sensor — and Blake came out to fix it, in a matter of minutes I was back in business. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door. I called late last night, and they got me on as the first appointment the next morning.

Great service and price. I called at about 2:30p on a Monday and they were able to get out and fix my door (a sensor & wiring problem) by 5pm the same day. The rep on the phone was great! My initial window was 3−5pm, but the regional manager or someone called to notify me that it’d be 5 – 6, no later than 6. All of their communications and documentation is done electronically and is very thorough. The tech who performed the service was kind, smart, helpful and did a great job. I’d recommend this place again in a heartbeat.

I called Precision Doors to get my torsion springs replaced because they broke over the weekend. The appointment window was set for Monday afternoon from 1:30 to 4:30. 4:30 comes around and still no one had shown up. I called the office and they said I was scheduled for Thursday. They had sent me an email confirming the Monday appointment so I don’t know what they were thinking.
They did finally send someone out that day, but he arrived 2 hours past the appointment window.
I had done research so I had a pretty good idea what the cost for parts and repairs should be and I was absolutely shocked when the technician told me the repairs would be more than double that amount! I could have had a whole new door installed for close to what he wanted for the repairs!
I said I didn’t want to have the work done and he wanted to charge me $ 65 for a service call! A service call just to give me an estimate?!? I said no way, especially not since they were 2 hours late.
He did finally waive the service call fee. I went with another company (Branch Garage Doors) the next day and am very glad I did, they did a great job at a very fair price.
