Staff is not friendly at all, they have a great product, very pricy, but on top the staff is not friendly at all, very close to be rude…,

I’m giving this Planet Smoothie location one star because I’m disappointed with the service I receive when I come in for a smoothie. In the past I received mediocre service, but enjoyed the smoothies. Nowadays, the service is terrible. The workers don’t seem to want to be there at all. One day I stood waiting forever to get an order in while four employees behind the counter just move slowly and didn’t even acknowledge me with some sort of sign that they would get to me in a moment. And when someone finally came around to get orders I was skipped over. It was very frustrating. I’m understanding if you’re busy with orders, but be courteous and say: «hi someone will be right with you.» Without acknowledgement I was upset, but then furious being skipped over. Another thing that upsets me is the quality of how the smoothies are made. It’s very inconsistent. The same smoothie I order always seems to have too much ice or tastes watered down. I pay extra to get peanut butter in my smoothie and the last couple of times I’ve left without tasting any peanut butter in it. When made properly, everything is blended well and I can taste that they put peanut butter. I hate being the customer to bring something back because it doesn’t taste like it was made correctly, but I finally decided to get over that after the fourth time they messed up my smoothie. It was watery, no trace of peanut butter and just tasted like it was fruit syrup slush. How disappointing. I do like planet smoothie smoothie’s when made correctly, which is why I keep hoping for the best when I come in and want to order one. But I’ve been getting way too disappointed far too often to keep having any faith I’ll get the quality smoothie I’m used to getting.

Today was my first time ever trying Planet Smoothie, and I must say that I was very impressed. The staff was very nice and patient(I was not sure what I wanted). I eventually settled for the Piña Colada which has the choice of strawberries or bananas, I chose bananas. I’ll def go back.

I love it here. I’ve had about 40 check ins for their point system but I barely get any benefits from here. I get a free smoothie every 14 visits which isn’t much for someone who comes here 3 times a week. The staff is friendly and the smoothies are delicious. I couldn’t complain at all because I’m a regular customer. I love the options and your able to substitute an add on for something else. Can’t go wrong. Only thing I could say is the rewards program not being that great!

I fell in love with this place fairly recently. Planet Smoothie is known for their great portions for what you get. Place is quaint and staff are friendly. It is often cold in the store but I guess all places serving smoothies should be? No qualms. If you like coffee flavor go for«Java The But» or «Frozen Goat».

My family loves Planet Smoothie. When the kids are older and paying for their own smoothies, I suspect they won’t love it so much. The prices kill me. I own a Vitamix and I could make this at home for a fraction of the price. But alas, convenience wins. I at least always keep coupons in my car in case we stop by. That helps. The big favorite with my family is the Chocolate Elvis: chocolate, peanut butter, and bananas. The PB&J smoothie is also really good for the kids. I’ve never had a trouble with service. Usually there are only one or two people in the shop at a time so it’s easy. Calorie intake is a bit high… especially if you pair your smoothie with the breakfast soufflé from the Panera next door. So good, but so bad… =)

Wow, four kids working here standing around, one chatting with her friend on the other side of the counter, one helping another customer. I stood in the middle of the store for about ten minutes and nobody made eye contact or said a word to me. Another customer walks in and they ask her what she wants. I speak up to say I had not been helped yet snd one of these morons points to their«order here» sign like if I wasn’t standing there they couldn’t figure out I might want to order something. Gee, if any of them were even slightly paying attention or doing their job they might have asked, just as they did the two people before me that were also NOT standing beneath the sign. I used to always get a smoothie here when I came out this way to go to the doctor, NEVERAGAIN.

Huge HUGE thumbs down. The staff wasnt happy to be there, chit chattying with friends that were in the store not ordering. Thats usually not a huge point of contention for me, the food is what im interested in, so thats what has invigorated me to write my first review in years. When you order a acai bowl with strawberries and raspberries, that doesnt mean top it with strawberry jam and forget the raspberries. order initially came out wrong as i asked for those items undblended. also– the wheatgrass shot was half water because they were too lazy to actually juice anything. Wont go back ever

I love their smoothies and you can substitute whatever… For example I’m allergic to strawberries so they always let me replace them with raspberries. However the screamsicle holds my heart. Tastes like a 50 – 50 bar! My husband loves the road runner.

Planet Smoothie is my favorite smoothie spot around here. They are conveniently located in Waterford lakes, and now they text you coupons to your phone for instant savings! I’m a fan!

Planet Smoothie is pretty yum. I made frequent stops by this location during the summer when it is just too dang hot in Florida to eat a big meal. Their smoothies make a wonderful, soothing and refreshing lunch. I am a huge fan of the Billy Bob Banana and my husband is obsessed with the Chocolate Elvis. I also like the Thelma & Louise — which is a «women’s smoothie»(basically just means it includes a «women’s only blast» of vitamins). The only thing I caution about these smoothies is their fat content. These might not be the best option if you are counting calories. Now, they are definitely a better choice that hitting up your local Mickey D’s… but still, some of them have over 500 calories. Check their nutritional info, which is posted in their store. You can also try one of their low-carb smoothies if you’re looking for a healthier option. The one thing about Planet Smoothie that can be a turn-off is that the quality of your smoothie kinda depends on who is working that day. Everyone seems to add a slightly different amount of the ingredients that go into each smoothie — so it literally tastes different every time.

Best Smoothies in walking distance! Smells funny in there half the time but you get bang for your buck and they’re great smoothies.
