We unfortunately just lost our dog that I had had since she was a puppy. Terry at Pine Castle was so understanding and respectful of our grief. He took the best care of Athey possible and we’re so thankful for his help and that this company is opened ²⁴⁄₇. Thanks Terry… But I wish I’d never meet you under these circumstances.

We unexpectedly lost our 14 year old chocolate lab. The circumstances were extremely hard for me to handle since my dog was visiting my mom in Orlando and I was in Miami, running out of time, the only choice was to use Google as a search engine and after calling several places only one came through, honest, reliable, friendly, and very understanding of my situation. He offered to have my beautiful dog to be dropped off after hours (11pm) and assure me that Buddy was going to be well taken care of first thing the following morning. His promise was kept, I received my dogs ashes that following day along with a nice certificate. I am very thankful that I was able to find such a nice man/​dog cremation business that really understands losing your companion. I highly recommend, no questions asked pine castle cremation.

I lost my Parrot this week and it has been very hard on my Aunt. Stewie was always so well behaved and he loved is so much and we loved him right back. We just couldn’t burry him in the backyard because if we moved we wouldn’t want to leave him behind. I decided to look at cremation services I googled animal services and found this. I’m so lucky to find Terry he is very wonderful, made this process much easier. He is very kind and professional. I cannot recommend this place more! He made himself available on the weekend which was so helpful. My aunt will always miss Stewie and wishes he was still living with us. But now she will get to keep him not just physically but also in her heart.
