The worst Pep Boys in the country. Because of SANDY SANCHEZ. BEWARE this guy is a complete dishonest jerk. He will add items to your bill that were never discussed with you and then expect you to pay them, until you start an argument about it, then he takes them off the bill. Also watch out for when Sandy tells you all the new things that are wrong with your car. If you don’t agree to pay for these ‘necessary repairs’ that same day he will get an attitude with you real quick.

Went here to get some things checked out on the car. Was given a list that was a page long and estimates at over $ 2000.
Took the car to a local mechanic and he laughed and shook his head after seeing the list. He looked everything over and found only one issue with the car. The other «issues» seemed to be as if they were trying to make some extra money.
Won’t be going back here again.

Because of this location I will NEVER go to another PepBoys EVER AGAIN! I’ve been a customer with PepBoys at the Pensacola location for years, and after relocating and going this location I just won’t ever put my trust in them.
I should have known after a visit in May, the representative tried to charge me for pre labor and a part that had to be ordered… He told me it was 300 dollars. Then when my father showed up it went down to 90 dollars! How? Still not sure!
I went today to get my brake pads checked… The representative tried to charge me 400 dollars and gave me a list of other problems. When I told him I was only concerned with the brake pads, he became EXTREMELY rude to the point I demanded that he just give me car and I would go elsewhere. On top of that… for an inspection I was charged 25 dollars! JUST TO LOOK AT MY CAR!!!
I’m so displeased with this company, I will NEVER go back and I have made sure to inform others about them. In which I’ve found out I’m not the only one to receive this treatment!

Hate the up selling and trying to rack on services I didn’t request by telling me things are wrong with car. Got 2nd opinion and guess what pep boys is terrible trying to get more $ and charging such high prices

I am so unhappy with their dishonesty. I came with a nail in my tire, but they claimed that it is unfixable and that ALL my tires need replacement and alignment. I know that it was all a lie because the tires were fairly new, and the nail was very small in a totally fixable area. They wanted to charge me $ 900 for all the BS they came up with.
I drove then to another tires shop (I do not want to say it’s name so that people do not think I am counter-​advertising), they told me that my tires are good, and they still have good life on them, and fixed the nail FOR FREE!!! Yes, for free. They just asked me to check with them whenever I think of buying new tires. I know where I am buying my tires from now.
I am not going to any pepboys shop anymore EVER…

Made an appointment on line and it didn’t show up here. They weren’t busy so they took me right in. Service guys are real nice. Synthetic oil change a little more than some other places. Have a $ 50 gift card so it is more reasonable on the wallet. As with most places they tried up selling. Just say ’ N0’. Got tires rotated and balanced too for free.
