Parc Corniche Condominium Suites Hotel

Friends and I stayed three nights here for Megacon 2016. The location is awesome: convenient to the Convention Center, but far enough off International Drive to avoid the worst of the traffic at the right hours. The kitchenettes are great for saving money on food and so is their free continental breakfast. The latter was totally legit! Hard-​boiled eggs, ham, sausage, an oatmeal bar, cereal, an assortment of carbs (waffles, pancakes, toast, bagels), cappuccino, juices, fruit, pudding, cottage cheese, and more. I was very impressed! We filled up on it every morning and it kept us going until dinner. Great value.
The rooms themselves are a little dated, a little musty. I was assigned the couch, which was hard enough to sacrifice Aslan on, and fragrant with mildew. Extra pillows and blankets are an extra ten dollars, so bear that in mind if you have a big group. The kitchenette was well-​stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee, paper towels, utensils, and a roomy oventop, microwave, fridge, toaster oven, and even a dishwaster, with included detergent. You really could prepare a quality meal in there!
Probably the only complaint I have about Par Corniche is the staff. Their English isn’t that great and they are not terribly friendly or accommodating. An attempt to ask a question via email about parking before I arrived was never answered. There was also some drama with my friend’s credit card that necessitated calling the bank. The bank assured us the hotel was full of crap, I’ll spare you the details, but they weren’t emblems of customer service.
All in all, this is a hotel for cheapasses. You get a lot for a very cheap price, and if you make the most of it you can really stretch your dollar. Don’t go in looking to be pampered and you should be satisfied! I was.

I came up with my boys for the weekend to attend mega con .
We spent the first night without any problems and the location was perfect. The units are outdated and smell like them.
The problem became on the second night, we steeped out to the movies and when we arrived there are items missing. Someone broke into our room and stole multiple items, phone, money, ps3, Nintendo ds etc.
they went thru the bags and took what they needed. My son had his gaming Computer and they stole the charger and mouse. The computer was left on and fortunately it was not stolen. They pulled business cards out of sons wallet and placed it in his bag yet stole the wallet, they went thru one bag and left a sketch book on the bed purposely. Told the front desk and they arrived .What a joke the guy says he patrolsv the area and if a door is left open then they go in the room. They don’t have video cameras in the building.
we had to wait for the cops for over one hour. when they arrived they just took a report .The hotel moved us to a bigger room but left us in the same building. wtf!!!
Very very disheartening when your kids are emotional because they just lost alot of sentimental items.

This resort was a good place to stay.
The location is just 5 minutes from Sea world and about 15 – 25 from Universal Studios park, pending on your route and traffic. You are also 20 minutes from Disney world.
A perk of the location is that you aren’t directly on the main road, it’s about 2 blocks off international Drive and so that was nice that you aren’t so close to the street as well as people driving by starting at you.
The amenities were good, you get a kitchenette as well as fridge and microwave.
I was not aware that the WiFi was $ 4 per day but it does give you a full 24 hours to use.
Had a few issues with our room, but the maintenance staff fixed it promptly.
For what you pay to stay here it works great if you are going to the parks and don’t want a hotel and want some space it is worth it.
The parking lot is full every night and the pool had families, but you don’t hear anything in your room. That was one thing I enjoyed was the peace and quiet.
Next time I will come back again.

Parc Corniche fit the bill. Spacious suite with modern amenities. Granite counter tops, flat screen tvs, quiet pool area, fast/​free protected wifi, within minutes of downtown Disney, Disney World, Old Town, Sea World. Its a reasonable drive to the airport as well. The price alwas reasonable given the size of the rooms, you can easily fit a whole family 4−6people in each suite. Parking was free and plentiful. There is onsite restaurant and continental breakfast, though I did not partake. We had all of the necessities of home and able to save tons of money on making meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The rooms could be a little more clean and the facility could use a few updates to the infrastructure. But they were very flexible with check in and check out times. If I am ever in Orlando with family again I will definitely think about this place.

I’ve stayed here two years in a row for business and the incompetence of the front desk never fails to astound me. Checking in is a nightmare, they can never find the reservation. I’ve had this problem twice as did three coworkers staying here in different rooms.
They can’t seem to understand that my company stays here and rents several rooms which we all want on the same credit card. It doesn’t matter how many times you explain it, they don’t understand.
Additionally receiving packages is nearly impossible. They forget to log in what they’ve received and insist they don’t have a package I know was delivered (signed for by their employee). Last year we had to physically go into the back room to find the packages they claim they didn’t receive. This year they lost a package completely.
The rooms are adequate but the room keys constantly malfunction, leaving you to walk a quarter mile to the front desk to get new ones. Got your luggage with you? Yeah, you’ll have to carry that with you as well.
Last year I had to get new keys 3 times in a 3 day stay. This year, my keys didn’t work from the beginning, so I had to walk from building 4 to the front desk at 10 pm after traveling cross country all day.
Basically at the Parc Corniche you barely get what you pay for which isn’t much.

Been to this hotel condominium when visiting friends that came in town and I thought WOW what a pretty good lay out. Decided to book this property for a one day stay and it was eight of us that were traveling with kids so it fit the bill. They had breakfast that was included and amenities as well. We had a two bedroom suite with a kitchen and two bathrooms. Everything was fine. Furniture is truly dated. Would stay there again.

I have stayed here 3 times, each time I have been impressed. I don’t think you can get the size with that price anywhere else. Plus the rooms are clean and I feel very cozy staying there.
Every time we go to Orlando we try to find a better deal and i always end up going back to this location.

I would say 3 ½ stars to be more precise. Every time we come to Orlando we stay here. It centrally located to all the theme parks and just right down the road from Seaworld.
There is a nice pool that is very rarely crowded. There are towels provided and the area is nice and clean. There is a basic continental breakfast in the morning from 7 – 9. I’ve only eaten there twice, and prefer to sleep in. There is a game room by the checkin office that have very old arcade games. The onsite restaurant is very good and has a happy hour with very good deals. They will even deliver to your room as well. In the main office there is an i formation booth that has «deals» to attractions that require a half day outing to a time share deal that will give discounted tickets to basically every attraction in Orlando.
As to the room itself. We always get a 2 bedroom suite. There is a charge for wifi that will allow you to connect 3 devices. Be forewarned that the login is tied to a device and not 3 at a time.
The master bedroom has a nice King sized bed that is pretty comfy that has access to a balcony with a view to the pool which is nice if you have kids at the pool or just checking the hottys out. The bedroom has a full bathroom that has an ample stock of towels. The TV could be bigger but at least they are HD tv’s. The second bedroom has two single sized beds with its own full bathroom like the master bedroom. The living room has a medium sized couch that pulls out to a bed. The TV should be bigger but is the same size as the bedrooms.
The kitchen has a full refrigerator, sink with disposal, and a microwave. There are burners for the stove but no oven. In place of the oven there is a medium sized toaster oven.

We booked a night here through Kayak, for a 2 bedroom condo-​suite. According to Kayak’s info, there was a king bed in the master, two queens in the second bedroom, and a pullout in the living room. When we went to check in, they told us the second bedroom only had twin beds. They said their second bedrooms all had twin beds. We explained we had a large group of 7 and they said the condo accommodates 6 (which is not what Kayak said). Due to our inconvenience, they upgraded us to a townhouse that accommodates 8. It was 3 adults, and 4 kids (12, 10, 6, & 2). Turns out, the second bedroom here (the townhouse) had two twins as well! Either way, it worked out. The accommodations are nice, and the staff at check-​in was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The water pressure wasn’t all that great. For a place to sleep and shower for a big group, it’s a great value. For the price, I would highly recommend it. The condo suites are $ 99/​nt and the townhouses are $ 149/​nt. Parking is included and there is free wifi. The location is also excellent. There is a Denny’s across the street, pretty much, for a quick breakfast before exploring Orlando.

On this resort, and there is access to a pool, game room, and exercise room. There is also a very basic continental breakfast in the main building every morning from 7 – 9 (bagels, waffles, cereal, coffee, etc). The breakfast was nothing special, and on most mornings we skipped it.
The bar/​restaurant on the resort has good food and great happy hour specials. During happy hour drinks were 2 for 1, and they had a good deal on wings and cheese fries.
The pool is open until 11, and it was rarely ever crowded. They had towels at the pool, and plenty of chairs and tables to relax. The hot tub was also never really crowded, but it was too hot for us to ever really sit in it.
As for the room itself, each bedroom was nicely sized. The beds were comfy. At the unit we stayed in, each room had their own bathroom, and there was a lot of space. There was a full kitchen. The balcony had a great view. Everything in the condo was very nice and very clean. Parking spaces right in front of the condo.
Tickets for amusement parks and attractions can be purchased in the resort lobby, but they are usually cheaper at the gate. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. There is also a small (very overpriced) store that has various items you might need.
A short walk from the resort will take you to international drive. Its a short walk to CVS/​Walgreens/​Wawa/​restaurants. Across from the resort there is a Marriott Golf Course. There is also a Chocolate Museum and Café less than a mile walk away. International Drive doesn’t really have sidewalks, but there is grass to walk on.
There is also an I-​ride stop right outside of the resort, which is a privately run trolley service that goes up and down international drive. Its $ 2 a ride, and I would suggest buying a multiple day pass (a 5 day was only $ 9). The i-​ride will take you to both outlet malls, sea world, tons of shopping and restaurants, and a publix (grocery store). The i-​ride also has an app for your phone where you can check trolley times, etc. The i-​ride runs from early morning to 10:30 at night.
The orlando public buses (Lynx) are pretty unreliable and infrequent. Some only come once an hour, and there’s no way to find out if there are delays, or even really what time the bus is actually coming. Even though there’s a stop for the #8 bus right outside of the resort, it seemed really unpredictable and unreliable.
FYI– Taxis are very overpriced and expensive. Orlando now has Über and Lyft, both of which are much more reliable and cheaper.
Disney is only a short über (taxi) ride away from the resort (7 miles, about 15 minutes). I wouldn’t suggest trying to get there using public transit to get there. It would take three Lynx buses, which between transfers could take HOURS.
Also, if you drive to Disney, park for free at Downtown Disney, and take Disney buses to get to a resort and then a bus to each of the parks.
The resort is a 20 – 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport.
I think that Parc Corniche is a great deal for the price and the location.

Stayed here over the weekend and here is my thought on this time share hotel:
Overall, the basic 2 bedroom is comparable to a lower three star hotel. The housekeepers do a great job cleaning. They provide you clean towels everyday, and don’t touch or steal (for those of you who have housekeeping understand how this is a biggie) but although the furniture is well maintained, sadly, because they are older and dated, it makes the place look a bit dingy. The fact that this place has poor lighting at night does not help the dingy factor either or the fact that a lot of the appliances and walls and ceilings have cracks and holes or what not which visually isn’t appealing. But it is clean and does the job. Compared to a lot of hotels such as the hilton, embassy suites, etc. it can’t compare but if you do get the better suites here (I poked my head in) I think those are more comparable quality wise to a typical three star hotel.
As for bed comfort, I had to sleep in a twin bed in the second bedroom which was okay, but def not comfy (the sofa pullout bed was more comfy than the bed I was sleeping on. Also, the sheets were very starchy and the starch gathered onto your hands when you touched them (a bit stiff and uncomfortable to sleep in). The master bedroom bed was fair though. A lot of time shares I have stayed in don’t have comfortable beds and I don’t understand why so I guess this is just pretty typical?
There is a free continental breakfast which is in the back of the lobby building. It consists of tons of typical breakfast carbs such as bread, pancakes, oatmeal and toppings, cereal, mini bagels and cream cheese, muffins, etc, a small selection of fruits, juice, coffee… typical continental breakfast (aka no protein like sausage, eggs, etc).
Oh, and I did manage to get to the gym on vacation and their gym is located next door to the lobby (you have to switch your room key at the lobby for the gym key to unlock the gym door). Their gym consists of a bit dated but it does the job treadmill, elliptical, bike, a home gym set, a bench, a few mats, and yoga malls. They give you towels and wipes to wipe down the machines and weights. Its a basic gym that does the job, just wish they had a set of free weights so there is more variety possibility in working out.
Probably the best thing going for it is the location.
Overall, its a typical three star time share compared to the other ones I have stayed in Orlando.

I’m just going to start by saying it was clean which is why I almost gave it 4 stars. However, our unit was EXTREMELY dated and in need of new cabinets, flooring, bath fixtures and décor. Everything seemed to be from the 80s. So even though I could tell it was clean just the fact that the floor tile had been there so long made it appear grungy and dirty looking. Having stayed in condos before I was also expecting a washer and dryer. There are none in the condos but there is a coin operated laundromat somewhere on sight. It was also very dark because the only light was from low wattage lamps with dark maroon light shades. Large windows in the main areas helped with that.
I saw the room next to us upon checkout and noticed granite counter tops, marble flooring and new cabnets so some of the units may be nicer.
We had a nice walk out balcony. We were on the ground floor over looking a pond and golf course. Our little porch was frequented by a family of ducks several times. They have daily towel exchange although on our first morning we didn’t get it. For $ 20 a day more you can get full service cleaning.
Units 1 and 2 are nearest the pool and we did visit there each night, weather pending. The pool is decent but dated. There is a main pool 3 – 5 feet. A kiddie pool and hot tub. The water is heated to a perfect year round temp. There is also a game room in the pool area.
This was a seaworld vacation for us and this condo is situated minutes from there so that was a plus. There were tons of restaurants nearby as well so you can check out Unilocal for some of the best!

I’m giving it a 4 star because it was clean– the location and convenience of a suite they offered is what really sold us on this place. If your looking for brand new– this is not the place, if your looking for clean and reasonably priced suites, this is ok.

An almost dead or sick crock roach crawling on the floor 10 mins. after we stepped into the room on the check-​in date. I called front desk right away and security guys came in quickly and did 10 mins investigation. The conclusion was: this was just one crock roach and it must be coming from outside when house keeper left the front door open and room was free of any other crock roaches.
The room is on the ground floor and hotel person told us it’s an delux unit as it was remodeled. Though, we suspected that this room could have some problems before. The recent remodels of new carpet, new counter tops, and some new kitchen appliances were to correct those problems. We decided to change to a standard room on the 3^rd floor.
Some other issues I think hotel can make improvements:
— No «Do not disturb» sign.
I was in bathroom and heard somone opened the door without asking for permission to enter (or maybe I didn’t hear). Wish there is the sign so that I can hang on the door knob.
— 2 shampoo bottles instead of 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner
— no hand lotion
It’s cold at night in Nov. With air condition on, hands are really dry without the lotion.

Even boiled eggs will be very nice as my son loves eggs.
— breakfast is ended at 9am.
Wish it can be a little longer to 10am.

One word: sucks
Upgraded to two stars because it’s fairly close to Universal Orlando.

The accommodations were adequate… not fancy but certainly comfortable enough, and I definitely got a lot for the price. We saw housekeeping staff out and about on the property, but they never once visited our suite. I recommend avoiding their Calypso Bar & Grill. The food was old and stale.

Good place to stay. It’s not to far from the parks… Very central. Has bar and pool area. Free breakfast before 10am and free shuttle to and from the parks. This time we had to wait a little long for the shuttle and the ac wasn’t working but thankfully it wasn’t to far :)

This was an excellent suite. Its ideal for families and people staying for over a week. The shuttle was convenient and the staff was friendly. The rooms come with two separate private rooms, a living room, a dining room, a full kitchen, and two full private bathrooms. It is similar to a large apartment… very comfy… and a convenient distance from the disney parks. It is just like a condominium complex, quiet, and private. Its near the Mariott Grand Pines Golf club and it is minutes away from the grocery store to stock up on grocery items for meals for the week. The view was beautiful. The restaurant was excellent as well.
