The meat is fresh and tasty. Love the tawook chicken kabobs and the ground beef on a stick, too.
Service has always been fine for me.
Prices are a little higher than grocery stores, but you pay for quality.
Store is spotless.
Chat wait to try their sandwiches when I am out that way for lunch!

I love this place. The quality of the meat is fantastic, much better than grocery store and comparably priced. The place is also immaculate. I wish had known about them sooner.

I rarely ever leave 5 star review, so this means a lot coming from me! :-D i have being going here since its opening due to the proximity to my house. Yes it’s pricey, but the quality is amazing and you get fresh halal meat rather than frozen, and they can customize things for you. I have never been let down by the meat quality. Also the variety of deli meats is awesome! Lunch specials are really affordable — i have had it once and it was a delicious sandwich. Sometimes there is a wait so I highly highly recommend you call your order about an hour ahead and have them keep it ready. The 5 stars really comes from their customer service though. I had a recent less than desirable experience regarding wait time and their management staff went above and beyond 200% to make sure I was a fully satisfied customer. When I spoke to the manager I really did not expect them to go so out of their way to make sure a bad experience doesn’t cost them a customer. I was very very impressed. A company that listens and cares about their customers will always have my business. :-)

Stumbled across this place and I like it. I got some chicken thighs, price is same a grocery store and they trimmed 95% of that fat off, love it and saved me from doing it at home. Also decided to get done marinated chicken cubes, one was in a red spice and the other was in a yogurt, both was really good. I will be back to this place and you should check it out.

I’ve purchased meat from this butcher times more than a handful of times. I refuse to go anywhere else mainly due to the cleanliness of this place and the freshness of the meat. Customer service seems to be hit or miss. I was just in yesterday and the gentleman working was extremely unhelpful. I was in for hamburgers, I had called in to confirm that hamburgers were in fact in stock and was also informed they are sold 4 per package selling at $ 5. Upon arriving and looking thru the stock of frozen hamburgers I quickly realized that all packages contained only 3 rather than 4. I asked the employee and he quickly responded that it seems they sold all the packages containing 4 patties. I asked what the price difference was, apparently both 3 and 4 patties are sold at $ 5. That seemed ridiculous. He also shared that packages are not based on weight. So why charge a customer the same price when they are receiving one LESS patty?
Anyway, I asked if they are made in house and he said yes. I then asked whether he could make 4 patties and he provided an excuse of not having ingredients. But this is an «upscale» butcher shop and you just finished telling me they are made in house?
Ultimately, I purchased two packages containing 3 patties for $ 5 per package and walked out of there. I just don’t think they should be marketed as «upscale» when it’s clearly a struggle to provide mediocre customer service, especially when the prices paid are way above average. I hope management sees this review and better trains employees as poor customer service will quickly diminish any business.
