My wife and I have been looking to upgrade her wedding ring with a little bit larger diamond. So from a recommendation from a friend how had a great experience at Orlando Jewelers, we decided to check it out.
Owner Luis was warm and welcoming us as we walked into the store. We explained what we wanted to do and he showed us several other rings, diamonds and ideas to upgrade my wife’s ring.
We knew nothing about the differences in diamonds and why there are so many different prices for the same size stone. But Luis explained it all and really made us feel good about being there.
After about an hour of looking at different rings and stones, my wife fell in love with one and with a little negotiation, we left with our new ring and at a very fair and reasonable price.
I’d recommend Orlando Jewelers to anyone looking for honesty, integrity and a family owned business that cares about the customer!

My fiancé went to Orlando Jewelers to buy an engagement ring for me, and he said that he was very satisfied with the customer service he received. They were so helpful and even offered suggestions in picking the perfect ring. The place was very clean, family owned, and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend Orlando Jewelers for all your jewelry needs. We definitely will be going back. Love this place

They did a lackluster job buffing out scratches on my watch, place is dirty and shady (make sure you check receipt, they overcharged me)… Be careful!
