I was at Maggiano’s in Cherry Hill, NJ for my wedding rehearsal dinner. I had parked my car in the valet. After dinner I came out to pick up my car, 2011 Toyota Camry, and the key was in pieces. It looked like it was tampered with. The valet attendant was not helpful at all and said it was not my responsibility. I spoke with the manager with Maggiano’s and filed a police report and a claim with One Way Valet. I am absolutely upset with how they are handling my claim. They first stated they would pay for the key that is $ 246.03 and now are only offering me $ 125. **Do not use One Way Valet!!!** If you look at other reviews for Maggiano’s in Cherry Hill this is a reoccurring problem.
