Dr. Henry is a wonderful doctor who truly cares for his patients. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and what he’s observing. He is patient and answers question thoroughly, and does not rush through the exam. He’s got a great personality and is friendly.
Dr. Henry’s staff is also great in that they take their time with the patients, explain insurance coverage, and make sure the patients understand their options.
The office hours are extremely convenient, and the location is great.
The only issue I would say exists is the actual size of the office. There isn’t a lot of room to wait, and if there are any more than four patients waiting, it can feel a bit crowded. The good thing is, we didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor (we had appointments), so this was not a huge problem at all.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Henry’s since 2014, and I will continue to be his patient for years to come.
