History

Established in 1971.

Our firm was founded by Charles E. Newman in Orlando Florida. We have had partners join are firm, merged firms, had people retire or move, but over the years we have grown and maintained a constant reliable source of dedicated service to all of Central Florida.

A member of the Florida Institute and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has represented and advised clients in such industries as construction, finance, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, medical, retail, not-​for-​profit and service organizations.

He has been an active leader in numerous organizations and directorships. He has served on the FICPA Auditing and Accounting Committee. He serves on the board of directors of the University Club of Orlando. He is a past chairman of the Rodeway Inns Owners Council and Trust Fund, past president of the Central Florida Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and past director of the Board of Governors of the Florida Institute. He has also served as a director of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, director and audit committee chairman of Gencor International, Inc., (NASD), as well as a director of the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida.
