New Way Tours & Transportation

We booked a return trip online to go from our hotel to Discovery Cove as we had an early start. The driver was on time, very personable and knew the price we paid already included the tip. We found it so good that we booked another trip a few days later. We were able to pay by card this time at the time of pick up. The price was the same as if we had booked online. On both occasions the driver gave us his mobile (cell phone) number and said we could call and change the pick up time of we wanted.

Terrible.
The driver (Allan Bridges) was 35 minutes late for a fare from our hotel to the airport. Obviously when traveling to the airport to catch a flight, time is important. When he requested $ 45 for the ride I handed him $ 40 and told him I would only pay this much because he was so late.
He then started SCREAMING at me and hollered at the TSA agents to call the police. I asked him for the telephone number for his company and he said it so quickly and with such an attitude that I needed him to repeat it twice. The woman who answered the phone was professional and courteous (she apologized for the drivers lack or professionalism).
I ended up giving Allan Bridges the $ 5 just to shut him up. Unfortunately I have to give New Wave a bad review but it might be just the fault of Allan Bridges. Completely unprofessional.

I waited for the driver at luggage claim area alone for more than 20 minutes around 10 o’clock at night. The worst is that I paid the rate for Lincoln limo but New Way shuttle sent an old 8 people van to pick up me.
New Way shuttle is not a fair company.

Our hotel contracted with New Way to provide free shuttle service between the hotel and the paks, so I don’t know how the fares compare to other shuttles. The drivers were punctual, arriving +/​-​10 minutes from the scheduled time. While not very talkative, they were friendly enough and dependable.
