MOVE Pilates Center is a new, state-​of-​the-​art, fully equipped Pilates studio, offering private, mat, and equipment group Pilates classes in the Lake Nona/​Lee Vista area, Southeast Orlando.

Our PMA® certified Pilates teachers are committed to safety and technique. Our fun and challenging classes are performed on high quality Pilates equipment, such as the Reformer, Tower, and Chair. In addition, we offer Pregnancy and Post Natal Pilates classes taught by a certified Pre and Post Natal Pilates Teacher.

We offer classes in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

We’ll teach you how to develop the body uniformly; you’ll experience stronger and more balanced core and spinal muscles. Postural alignment will be restored. We teach applying the latest advances in spine safety, biomechanics, and kinesiology.
