Established in 2005.

The business got started with being Certified Notary Signing Agent for escrow, title companies and attorneys/​lawyers requesting this service. As Florida experienced a change in the mortgage industry with the economy other services were expanded as the need for simple divorce services and officiating at weddings was needed. It is a one person operation.

There is a need for families that have loved ones in the hospital, assisted living facility and nursing homes to have a notary be mobile to execute power of attorney, living will, etc.
