MCO Park B4 You Fly

We have parked here a few times as the first time 2.5 years ago it went well however now each time it gets worse. We are definitely done giving them chances. This past week we waited over 30 minuets at the airport for a ride back to the car. Got slammed into a shuttle with too many people. Had a very hard time getting our car out as they had parked them so close together in the front. And to top it all off after we got home and were emptying the car we found an infestation of ants. It was parked here 8 days and they were not there before so they had to get in while parked here. I would rather pay a bit more per night and have a much better quality of service.

The only reason i didnt give it 0 is because that option is not available. It took over an hour to get to my car after getting our bags then the girl was so rude to my wife. Never again not worth saving 25.00 to wait that long after a long day of traveling.

Place just hasn’t been the same lately.

I would prefer to give them zero stars. This place used to be good years ago. In the last year or two, it has totally fallen apart. They used to have a nice little bus and a nice van. Lately, they use crappy, dirty old vans and cars. They used to have good customer service, the owner on site. Lately, they have been short-​staffed and the customer service, well (examples below).
The last time I used them, I swore I would never go back. It took them over an hour to pick me up. When the guy finally showed up in a car, some people who hadn’t been waiting rushed out and took all of the spaces and I was stuck there even longer! They didn’t even bother checking tickets or who’d called first. I didn’t use them again for a year, but I thought I would try one more time. Big mistake.
First of all, when I got there early in the morning, they were so short-​staffed that cars and people were all backed up. In my van, there were two people who were in danger of missing their flight because it took them so long. I had to wait almost 40 minutes to get a ride to the airport — thank goodness I had left really early! Compare this to Wally Park, where I hadn’t even gotten my bags out of the car before the nice, comfortable bus pulled up and took me right to the airport, with a courteous, professional and helpful driver.
When I got back late at night from my recent trip, I called «for immediate pickup» and waited over 30 minutes until a nearly full van pulled up and another couple of people went running and took the last two seats in the van. I stood there with my daughter and said this was unbelievable. He said that there was room for us — and pointed to six inches of space on two different edges of two seats. I was like, no way! I told him that we would take a taxi — this was crap. He said if we wanted to take a taxi, that was on us — there was room in the van.
Okay, let’s say that we had dangerously chosen to balance ourselves on the six inches of space (not exaggerating) on the edge of the seats — there were no seat belts available for those non-​positions! So dangerous! I called the office and said they needed to send another van immediately — and it needed to be there in 10 minutes, not 30. After 10 more minutes, I inquired about a taxi. The guy nodded knowingly — apparently a lot of people feel moved to take a taxi to Park B4 You Fly. I decided to give it another few minutes and the other driver finally drove up.
When he gets there, he has headphones on and is speaking to someone on the phone. We get in and he makes two more stops, picking up three more people. I think we are on our way, but then he goes to the other terminal and picks up another person. And by the way, even though we actually have a seat now, we can’t use the seat belts because there is no connector — and we’re not going to dig deep in the seats to find it! Yuck! Whoever monitors taxis and such (Department of Transportation?) should really inspect their vehicles and policies. The driver talks on the phone THE ENTIRE DRIVE — talking about his daughter and some other kid and their sports. He was still talking when we left the place over an hour after I had first called them. I will never use them again — not even if it were free. It is a terrible feeling when you can’t get to your car and when you don’t feel safe or comfortable when you finally do get a ride. Go anywhere else — I can’t imagine it being worse than this.

Moving forward This parking facility is less then 1 star… We use this parking for years… they use to have vans a few with a nice signed park4youfly well look no more (every other company do have ⁴⁄₆ drivers) I was told after waiting way over the limit that they only have 1 driver and after arriving at facility their van is name under a different company «jet something»… Really how are you suppose to know their is dozens of business out there now clerk tell me will have to wait… its time to go elsewhere, staff are rude telling client that they are lying totally disrespectful enough we had to take a cab «I was told I will have to wait longer because I was not at pick up location «at the same time I am standing on the front of the location … From there it went to Hell so I paid cab and parking YES and parking … Yup they charge me anyway with all the OH miscommunication …, did I mention we park there for years… Yup rude and ignorant … Oh ! Also told me with a smuck on his face that tomorrow will be a better day … Oh thats only one smart comment on is part… their were several … To young to be left in charge and doesn’t care that kind of attitude will drive a business down to NADA … Did I mention that my 85 year old mother in law was also part of the waiting process as clerk also knew about just very sad to have to deal with young people with no experience in customer service.

I’ve parked here twice while traveling and had a good experience both times. Check in and check out were quick, shuttle was there in a decent amount of time, and I appreciate the fact they are fenced, have security, and open 24 hours.

Concerning!!! We made a booking two weeks in advance. When we pulled up to the place to park, they did not have our booking in the system. Mind you, we had also given our credit card number because it is prepay so we had already been charged. I showed them my email confirmation, still nothing. So they created a new reservation. Fifteen minutes later and our reservation was complete but we had no driver. It appears that the driver had to be dropped at the location to take us…
On the way back we called and waited over 25 minutes. Now we flew in at 6am so the airport was empty and when the van did show up there were no other passengers so not sure what the hold up was. Also, don’t expect help with your bags. The driver might open the door for you but that’s about it.
I did get asked to pay so showed the receipt and explained and we were in our way.

This place was advertised on the local news for its cheap price ($ 3 per day) and for providing car maintenance and car wash services while you’re away. That sold me so I decided to park my car while I was gone for two weeks with car wash and interior detailing. I arrived at the airport at midnight 12:04 and called them and they picked me up. They are open 24 hours, which was great. I arrived at the parking lot around 01:11 am. I had my car ready when I arrived at the place, but noticed that my car was not washed and was dusty. I asked why my car wasn’t washed and detailed and the lady replied that they did not have time. Then, I said «you didn’t have time? I was gone for two weeks!» The lady said that she won’t charge me for the wash and detail. Well, she better not! I was so disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Not going back to this place because of my bad experience. How can you not have time for two weeks?! They shouldn’t advertise something they can’t deliver specially if they had two weeks!!! I think they would of done it if I had a Mercedes or expensive car. No military discount as well.

Friendly, courteous, fast check in. Driver (Steve) was friendly and professional. Shuttle bus was clean and we’ll maintained.
