Established in 2007.
Life Skills Resource Group was created with the mission of providing quality individual, family, couple’s, and group counseling to the residents of Southwest Orlando.
We strive to be affordable and offer a standard fee as well as a sliding scale (pulished on our website Fees for Service page) for those whose income is less.

My undergrad degree is in business, but I found that I wasn’t satisfied making $$ for others. Instead, I felt called to make a difference in people’s lives by helping them discover their true gifts and talents. Those which are often covered over by anxiety, depression, relationship issues, etc. So in the late 90’s I returned to school at UCF and received my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling.
Upon graduation I had 2 jobs: 1) Hospice of the Comforter Patient and Family Counselor and 2) Private Practice Counselor at St. Luke’s Counseling Center in SW Orlando.
My dream was always to start my own practice but fear often got in the way. One day I watched the «Secret» and within a month I had my practice open.
My belief is that we all have special gifts to share with the world and living a life using these is Heaven on Earth. Call or email today.
