The law firm is a sole proprietorship that focuses on providing legal services to individuals, with a hands-​on, personal approach to the practice of law. You will not be lost in the crowd when you come here, and you will not be ignored. I went out on my own after working for larger firms where I saw clients get lost in the crowd of a larger practice. That doesn’t happen here. I make house calls, I know my clients and there cases first-​hand, I take calls directly with no middleman in between me and the client I serve, and I’m available when needed. I take a personal approach to handling your legal affairs.

Business Owner

Ted Greene is a sole practitioner. He earned his BA from the University of Central Florida in 1983. He then joined the US Army, and attained the rank of major during his military service. He has served in a variety of roles and positions worldwide, including as an infantry officer during the first Gulf War, and as a transportation officer on the general staff in Mogadishu, Somalia. Mr. Greene went to law school after his military service, and graduated top third of his class.

Mr. Greene has been involved in litigating over a thousand cases since establishing his own practice. He has successfully mediated more than a hundred cases to conclusion, and has negotiated hundreds of others to a favorable settlement. Mr. Greene has successfully tried or arbitrated more than 30 family law and civil cases to conclusion, where he has repeatedly prevailed for clients.
