Quiet and peaceful place to reflect, walk, jog, skate or bike. I imagine it would be an ideal place to fly a kite as well. Lots of wide open space with aromatic fresh foliage and trees. The area is home to a new neighborhood, various research centers, Nemours children’s hospital, and the VA hospital. All of the buildings seem to have very progressive architectural design and makes one feel proud to live here. I enjoy the quietness of the area, and the cows. It seems bikers enjoy the area, as there are many bike lanes. It is just over 2.5 miles from the neighborhood area to children’s hospital and back. Great, relaxing view for a walk.
