Established in 1998.

This business was renamed Knights Circle when Asset Campus Housing became the management company earlier this year. We are University affiliated housing and have newly renovated units that will be complete for the 2012 – 2013 lease year. With some of the best prices in town and a location directly across from the University, you won’t find better student housing on Alafaya Trail!

Knight’s Circle has been fine. The only complaint that I have is the terrible wifi and as a student, that’s super important. It needs to get better.
Edit: the internet is going down during finals week and I cannot study, this is ridiculous.

This place is the worst. I only wish giving zero stars was an option. The stole our router because it was in the only room with the correct outlet that worked. They have it in the office and refuse to give it back even though they told us we could leave it in the room. Also the air conditioner breaks all of the time. It is currently 83 degrees in our apartment, we requested maintenance, but they have yet to come fix it. Beyond all of that it is ridiculously expensive and when you pay that much it should be extremely nice. They say internet is included but it is terrible. Save yourself some trouble and live somewhere else. Oh also the Internet is horrendous.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! Management does not give a crap about residents. Walls are roofs are paper thin. Not worth the money at all. I have been paying for 3 months for a gate service and have no been able to use it, yet every month they are perfectly fine with taking my money for my ridiculously overpriced apartment. If negative stars were a thing, they would definitely get them.

Internet sucks. Shuttles are slow but a great utility as I don’t want to pay for the $ 100 parking pass at UCF. I really wish it was pet friendly though. It sucks having to leave MY pet at home because it can’t live with me.

I moved to Knights Circle a little over a year ago from campus housing, and it has been the best decision I could have made. Exponentially cheaper, exponentially better.

I do not recommend living here. I haven’t even been here for a year and I hate it. The internet sucks first of all and the walls are paper thin so unless you’re as quiet as a mouse you’ll probably get a lot of noise complaints. It took them 2 – 3 months to register my car to get through the gate. The bus and the no cap are probably the only things I like about this place.
