History

Established in 2012.

Our founder, Joe Tamborello, litigated with two of Central Florida’s most respected law firms, and successfully tried Plaintiff’s and Defense cases. Whether evaluating a case in preparation for mediation or trial, or creating visual elements that tell the client’s story in a compelling way, we understand liability and damages from both sides, and we are armed by experience in a variety of practice areas. Combined with film school training and years of producing documentary-​style stories, we offer litigators a singular resource, whether Plaintiff or Defense.

Business Owner

With a passion for storytelling, Joe has practiced his art in a number of settings over the past twenty years, including the theatre of trial law. A trained and experienced attorney, actor, writer, and documentary producer, Joe has applied his skills and expertise in both the corporate and legal video worlds. He brings over 14 years of experience as a practicing litigator and trial attorney, along with training and expertise in the areas of film & video production, screenwriting and documentaries. He has also facilitated mock jury focus groups, which he approaches from a litigator’s perspective.

Since launching Just Perspective, our video work has assisted in creating over $ 8 million in results. The vast majority of that amount was pre-​suit, and we have been gratified to hear from clients, mediators and insurance adjusters alike that our videos have had a decisive impact on their evaluations and ability to position cases for settlement.
