Since 1998 Josh has served as a Realtor, forensic mortgage underwriter, mortgage loan originator, wholesale and correspondent mortgage account executive, insurance agent, financial planner, personal finance educator, manager, trainer and coach — with the majority of this time being as a mortgage loan originator. Josh is also currently a director at Global Fokus, an international coaching organization that helps develop young leaders in emerging nations.

Josh earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida with concentrations in finance, political science and Latin-​American humanities. Josh is a huge UCF Knights Football fan, you can usually see him at any home game here in Orlando!

Josh’s business partners and Guests have nicknamed him «The Generous Lender» because of his business strategy of proving low rates and low fees as well as giving the right mortgage advice even if that leads to Josh making only a new friend and no money.
