I agree with what Jennifer said about the pressure of making appointments/​canceling/​etc. I enjoy my experience here… it’s more than just an adjustment and out the door. You get adjusted, get some therapy (electro stimulants, hydro bed, massage) and feel pretty well taken care of. The nurses are quite lovely and sweet. Dr. Jaffe is a Seminoles fan so that makes me happy :)
However, I do feel SUPER pressured into making another appt. Sometimes they want to see me two days later. Two days later?! Also, when you have to call and cancel or reschedule they want to know if you can come in the next day. (sigh) Just let me call you when I am ready for my next appt, please.

I am a current patient in the office and I’ve been very happy with the care I’ve received.
For the most part, the office runs very well.
It’s relatively easy to schedule an appointment and I’ve never really had to wait long once I arrive.
The adjustment itself is always good. I like to lay on the tables afterwards and get iced down.
Overall, it’s a great place and Dr. Jaffe really does care to make you feel better.
I’ve been to many other chiropractors in town and I always feel like I’m being taken advantage of or being sold items. Not here.
My only complaint is that they do often get aggressive with scheduling appointments. And sometimes when I have to cancel or reschedule I feel like I’m questioned too much about why. It’s really none of their business.
But that’s a small price to pay for a great neck cracking!

Hands down the best chiropractor in Orlando. The staff are super friendly and Dr. Jaffe always does a great job. Easy to make an appointment. I think they take most types of insurance.
