I called to ask about a quote over the phone as advertised, to have my car bought for scrap. I told them all about my car every detail and more. No body damage, new tires, blown rod, etc. They told me they would give me $ 500 for the car and call back to make appt to pick it up. I had my title, etc. and called multiple times to schedule appt, only to be put on hold and asked who I was over 16 times. Once I finally got someone on the line, they told me they talked to me yesterday, then they went down on the price to $ 400. That is bad business. I do not recommend this company.
