I had what was advertised as a deep tissue massage with Dora that I purchased through Groupon. First off, Dora was a absolute delight. She was very personable and friendly without being in your face. She listened attentively to my needs and gave helpful advice on things I can do at home. Her bedside manner was wonderful. However, I did not receive a deep tissue massage. I asked a couple times for her to increase the pressure and asked if the pressure was all she could do for deep tissue. She said it was and recommended another therapist if I wanted deeper. I think she would be wonderful for a relaxation massage, but not deep tissue. I often have to ask massage therapist to cut back on the pressure and this was just the opposite. I wondered if they advertise through Groupon to get you in the door and then redirect you to others that can take care of your needs better?
And by the way, their first time visitor special is only $ 29 if you contact them directly for a hour massage! It was more expensive through Groupon. I contacted Groupon and was told that this shouldn’t be, Groupon should be the lowest advertised price. At least that’s what I was told.

Both my girlfriend and I have received massages here. She and I both agreed that the massage was good, and we each gave her a $ 20 tip, but unfortunately our 1 hour massages were only 45 minutes each. According to their employees, this is common practice. They explained that I paid for a 1 hour block, not a 1 hour massage, as it takes time to undress/​dress. This is probably my 7^th or 8^th professional massage, and they have all given me 60 minute massages, not 45 minutes. Massages are not cheap, so if a business is going to cut my massage time by 25%, then they should let me know ahead of time.
PS– It does not take 15 minutes to undress/​dress!

I have several clients that I have referred over to the medical side of our office, with varies problems, back pain,(herniated disc) neck pain etc. I also have 2 clients that I referred after a auto accident, after going through the treatment they are feeling better than ever. How the office works is amazing working hand in hand with everyone as far as Massage, Adjustments, Therapy.
I have been treated 2 years ago when I first started with the company with herniated disc and I feel amazing! Dr Laman is a true blessing.

I love this place, my wife and I go very regularly. We enjoy the great customer service as well as the massage therapist that we use Dora M. is AMAZING!
We wish had more time to go but the atmosphere is very pleasant and everyone is extra nice.

I found IPM because they did chair massages at my office. If you’re at IPM definately see Jackie. She’ll ask you what areas you would like her to concentrate on, basically creating a custom massage for your needs!

If you’re looking for a massage therapist and are in the area, don’t hesitate to ask for Jackii. She has has magical hands.

I purchased a Groupon for 2 massages from here and I have to say– best massages I’ve ever gotten, courtesy of Samantha. I’m not the type who’s impressed with a wussy back rub coupled with lavender scented aromatherapy either. I regularly lift, so my muscles and fluids really need to be bullied around by an experienced, educated therapist. Samantha’s great– I highly recommend her to work on what ails you.
