The initial work was fine, except I didn’t know ahead of time what I was getting — «trust me you’ll like it or we’ll re-​do it». Despite repeatedly asking for a copy of the initial work order (most recently a couple of weeks ago), they refuse to give it to me. I have to replace some of the plants and would like to know what the plants are. No response to the many requests. We agreed on what the weekly maintenance was to be to keep the yard in pristine condition. Maintenance service, other than weekly cuts, was not done as contracted. Just prior to terminating their services, they failed to cut the grass, no explanation and no rain. The final straw was receiving a bill for «February services» in July which had been paid — no mention of cash I had paid to Jeff. They also did work for my brother which was an even bigger disaster, costing several thousand dollars to correct. They are non-​responsive, poor work. They talk a good game but don’t deliver.

I have used Hogan Landscape at several homes for over 6 years. They are professional and do a good job. While it is impossible to be perfect, they have always been great with special requests and tailor themselves to your our needs. I recommend them!

Jr affordable landscaping takes pride on its work at very reasonable prices. I had someone else do my lawn for years and Jr affordable landscaping asked for my business; best thing I have done for my lawn. Jr will pay attention to detail and go the extra mile to set them apart from the competition. My lawn looks healthier than ever I’m very pleased by their professionalism.

We’ve used Hogan for large (Queen Palm) tree trimming, shrub treatment, maintenance, and a complete yard overhaul. They’re very responsive and professional and their prices are very fair. Highly recommended for maintenance or an overhaul.
