Harmony Tech, Inc. (a Delaware S-​Corporation) is a Veteran-​owned technology & marketing consulting firm located near Orlando, Florida. Harmony Tech is headquartered in the historic Bond Building, located in downtown Winter Garden, Florida (just west of Orlando).

Harmony Tech was launched in early 2011 by Jason Russell, our current Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Russell has over 15 years of experience building and maintaining best-​in-​class enterprise architectures for businesses and federal government agencies. He has a solid track record of identifying the root cause of complex problems and deploying swift, effective solutions on time and under budget.

Prior to founding Harmony Tech, Mr. Russell worked was a Senior Biometrics Field Support Engineer in Iraq for four years and was recognized with over a dozen awards and letters of recognition from senior military leadership for his contributions to the U.S. military and Iraqi government.

Previous to working in Iraq, Mr. Russell worked at the National Security Agency as a network systems contractor and he served over 8 years as a Cryptologic Technician (Communications) in the United States Navy.
