Greenway Collision

I just picked up my brand new 2015 Jeep that I purchased from Greenway Jeep from the collision department. I was inspecting my car, as I had been rear ended and brought it to Greenway Collision to be repaired and wanted to ensure my car was fixed and everything was taken care of. I opened the trunk to find what looked like glue, dust and a huge scrape in the plastic of my interior that was not there when I had dropped it off for the body work. When i brought the adjuster, Mark, out to look at it he claimed that they were not responsible. He talked down to me, claimed that they had not done the damage and even went on to say that maybe we can get more money out of the insurance agency that covered the accident to fix it. To me, this was very unprofessional and critically lacked all and any kind customer service. I work in customer service every day and I felt as though I was treated terribly and definitely not as a customer. None of the staff was helpful and were not easy to work with when I brought up the concern. I will not be returning to this establishment EVER again and I would not recommend it to anyone who actually cares about their car and it’s quality, because Greenway Collision obviously does not. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I consider this to be one of Orlando’s secret businesses. It’s not the Service Center at the Greenway car dealership. It is a completely separate entity in the very back of Constantine St.
Greenway Collision has consistently repaired my cars after accidents to the point where I could hardly tell an accident had ever occurred. I’ve brought multiple cars to Greenway Collision multiple times each.
Sometimes I drive the car there. If the accident is bad enough, I tell the tow truck to bring it in, knowing that it’ll be assessed and fixed properly. They work seamlessly with all insurance company adjustors. It feels so great, in the stress of dealing with a car accident, to have faith that there’s nothing to worry about until it’s time to pick up the car.
Kris is the current manager of Greenway Collision. I’ve dealt with him many times and I know I was probably super annoying for some of those. I can get a little micro-​managerial when it comes to my cars and want to make sure the insurance company is paying for the car to be made whole again. One time I made an embarrassing mistake and thought a radiator issue was related to a recent accident. It turned out to be triggered by Firestone Tires during an oil change the month before.
Somehow Kris has always been patient and honest with me. He’s an amazing businessman and he runs that place like a Fortune 500 organization. There’s also a guy named John (I believe) who seems to be the head of the shop. His and his team’s handiwork is reason I keep going back after 6+ years.
