We went to the restaurant with a group of 8 people. We were seated right away and the hostess was very pleasant. The restaurant wasn’t too crowded so it was a good start. It quickly went down hill. Our waiter was very slow. He initially took our drink orders and then I think he forgot to come back for our food order. When he finally returned(about 15 min later) he promptly took our order and managed to get the order right, which I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad. Once my meal arrived, which took another 15 minutes, I took my first bite of the chicken and it was raw! It took forever to once again get the attention of our waiter to return my food as he was standing near the register staring, not paying attention to his customers. Once I had his attention he was very nice and apologetic about my inconvenience. I was a bit grossed out by the fact that I initially got raw chicken and initially contemplated not eating the food at all, but when it arrived I did make an attempt. The chicken was cooked but overall the taste was bland. Not a salad I would recommend. Once we were done, we waited for our check. We had to get the attention of our waiter who once again was staring while at the register and not paying attention. The checks were incorrect. Others in the party felt ill after eating. Not a great experience overall.

All Gators Docksides in general are just really good. Definitely check order the Sweet BBQ, Parmesan Garlic, and Scooter. They are delicious, especially the flavor Scooter. Our server Rob was very nice and prompt. He was very helpful to my family and I when we were ordering. The chips and salsa were very good also. Also, check out the teriyaki Wingers. Definitely consider eating here when in the Waterford Lakes area.

Watch your bill, especially if you sit at the bar, Tim the bartender has twice charged me for items that I didn’t order or received. Management is slow to respond or address the issue.

Server was okay wings were pretty good. Ordered a monte cristo sandwich and about the second bite my pregnant wife bit into something long and stringy that was definitely not edible. Turns out, it was a piece of the plastic that the ham comes wrapped in.

1÷10÷2016 — The wings used to be much bigger and not as overcooked. Service today was just OK. 2÷7÷2016UPDATE: Todays wings were what we were used to here at Gators Dockside. I can only assume that the last time here was just an off day. In the past I have had a number of items from the menu and have rarely had a reason to complain. The gator tail, black n bleu burger, Reuben and fried pickles are some of my favorites from the menu. I usually come to this location but the Baldwin Park location has been good as well.

We got take out from here. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with the hot garlic sauce. It was very tasty! I am not a huge«hot» food fan so this buffalo chicken with hot garlic was the perfect hotness. You still get the flavor of Buffalo sauce but with just a mild/medium kick of hotness. I would recommend it to all, also good fries for a bar food restaurant.

Typical wing sports bar. But it’s solid. Food is great. Lots of tvs and some arcade style games for kids. They offer a variety of of wing sauces as well as other plates like nachos, sandwiches, appetizers, and yep you guessed it: fried gator nuggets. Pretty much a family friendly casual sports bar with great wings. Today, I got a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich for takeout. The chicken was delicious and the hot garlic sauce was the bomb dot com.

I don’t love this place. If your into a bar with fried food, this would be perfect for you. Just not my thing. People say the wings are good. The last few times I ate there I regretted it.

Most Gators locations(like Lake Mary and Oviedo) are pretty good. This location, however, is not. We ordered wingers, mahi and broccoli. The wingers were ok. The mahi, which was ordered blackened, was definitely blackened. I’ve ordered blackened mahi at the other locations and never was I this disgusted. It was like they layered on the blackening so that’s all you tasted. Aweful! The broccoli was severely undercooked. The only positives for this location are the location itself and the staff. When I called, I spoke to Jessica, who was extremely polite and articulate. The hostess was also top notch(wish I would have paid attention to her name, might have been Jessica). Very friendly and made sure our order was correct when we picked it up. We’ll probably just stick to Duffy’s since its right around the corner. Very disappointed with this location. We won’t be back.

Hmmm… been here many times over the last 5 years and always decent and predictable. Tonight, first time in prob 6 months and things have changed. Is there a new owner? Service from our waitress was fine and we were greeted and seated quickly. The food however was so disappointing. The portions were probably 25% smaller. They used to use a large jumbo wing. Not now, these were the smallest wings I’ve ever seen. Look Gators ownership, we all know inflation has food cost at an all time high, and we expect to pay more when we dine out. What we don’t want is you to cut quality and portions of what you serve us. Very disappointing, you’ve lost your sight.

Never going there again… Manager lies when patriots game went out on all tv’s, and said that it was an NBC issue, when it was really a direct tv issue, called the ale house and they had it on and they also have direct tv. Manager needed to get on the phone right away with direct tv and solve the problem ASAP… He didn’t have a(make it happen) attitude. Hmmm not true buddy

This is a sports bar, so no one goes there expecting haute cuisine. However, the food quality has markedly gone down in the past year or so. Even something as generic as cheese sticks just don’t taste good anymore(who can screw up cheese sticks, for Pete’s sake!?). I generally order the Cajun chicken pasta. It used to have a nice kick to it but now it just tastes bland. The Alfredo sauce in it tastes like nothing and the garlic bread I was served with it tonight was burned across the bottom. Tonight was All You Can Eat Wings night, which is a pretty good value. All you can eat wings served in batches of 10 at a time for $ 12.99. My husband and daughter both ordered some, and ended up eating about 20 each, so that’s not a bad deal. When I looked around the bar as we left, it looked like there were guys who could easily put away 30 wings, making it an even better value. The wings themselves were on the small side, but meaty. Their wings are generally pretty good. The sports bar itself does pretty good business and there’s fun games and stuff for the kids to do. Tonight was Monday Night Football, so between that and the AYCE wings, the place was packed. I have to say, their service is always good, even on busy nights.

I absolutely love their unique«scooter» flavored wings! Their wingers are awesome too. Fries are always fantastic. Really can’t beat this as the local wing place for us!

My boyfriend and friends just happen to be a fiend for wings and with living so close we frequent this Gators. The service is always good and the wings are always a treat. Grab a bucket of beer and a wing or two and be happy.

Before this past week I haven’t been here since college. A really good place to watch a game and eat with friends. I have had the Philly Cheesesteak and the Bacon Egg & Cheese Burger on separate visits and both were excellent. Probably preferred the Philly a little more because I think my burger was a little overcooked. Plenty of large flat screen tv’s to catch the big game(s). Servers are very nice and attentive. This will definitely be my spot to catch any and all games. Go Knights!

A craving for wings is what brought me to Gators, as I was told that it was a place where all-you-can-eat wings were available. Unfortunately, that’s for dinner time only, and not at the lunch time in which I arrived. No matter, while there, it was worth trying out a place I’d never been to before. This particular Gators is in a large shopping plaza anchored by a Winn Dixie, so there’s plentiful parking. Entering the establishment, just about everything about the place says SPORTSBAR, with the relaxed wooden décor, and of course, the numerous array of big screen televisions that adorn the walls and hang from the ceiling. Service was a tad slow on a sleepy Monday afternoon, and I was pretty much the only person not at the bar for most of my visit there. Regardless, the server was cordial and pleasant, and did due diligence to not trip up when I asked for an opinion on something. Despite the fact that I wanted to engorge myself on as many wings as I possibly could, and couldn’t on account of being way too early, I still still in the mood for my wings. So, I ordered ten wings, battered, with a side of house chips. I never know what to expect with wing joints, on whether or not they’ll be scrawny puny wings, or super steroid chicken wings, but because I’d rather be pleasantly surprised rather than disappointed, I tend to assume small. Gators does not disappoint in the size of their wings, as they’re large and meaty, and that may have to do with the battering of my particular order, but I wasn’t the least bit disappointed. The house chips were also tasty, and I like to tell myself that they’re vastly healthier than french fries, as if I weren’t already ruining all dietary notions by eating freaking chicken wings in the first place. Overall, I was pleased with Gators. It appeared to be in a convenient location, the food was good, and the atmosphere is spacious, recreational, and seems like a great place to come watch sports and soak up some cold ones. As far as I’m concerned, as long as I continue to have business in Orlando, I could see myself coming back here, hopefully for some endless chicken wings.

We were looking for a good sports bar to go to so my husband could watch some football. Winter park lacks them so our friend suggested this location out in Waterford Lakes. We came on a Sunday and obviously it was paaaacked. It’s located on a shopping center next to a Winn Dixie but parking is pretty plentiful. Don’t expect deep conversation here especially on football Sunday. Lots of screaming and yelling… it was pretty neat to be in the middle of it all. We didn’t have to wait too long. Started off with the pickle chips. DELICIOUS!!! We noticed that they were obviously freshly battered and fried. The ranch sauce with it was fantastic! I wanted wings and I got them! They sell them in increments of 6, 10 and 50. They have a list of different sauces to pick from for them to be tossed in. I went with the 10 piece in traditional and Thai chili and added some ranch sauce for dipping along with the fries. The food came out rather swiftly. My wings were very good and I got full very fast. 10 wings is way more than enough for one person and again it was a case of «my eyes are bigger than my stomach»!! This is a great place to just hang out with friends and watch any and all sporting events. Be prepared for friendly jabbing by other customers if you root for the opposite team, etc! But it’s all in good fun!
