I came to Fix Stop with a shattered screen on an iPhone 6S. I was amazed at how fast they were able to replace the screen and for a very reasonable price. This was the first time I’ve gone to Fix Stop and because of their expertise and pricing, I will definitely go back. Very satisfied, I highly recommend Fix Stop!

I was so happy that they had fixed my phone in 20 minutes rather than having to drive all the way to the Millennium Mall, where I would have to wait for hours after making an appointment. Definitely recommend them.

I shattered the screen on my iPhone Again! Fixstop repaired within 30 minutes! They replaced the glass and suggested a better case for the phone! Thanks so much!

Fix Stop replaced my shattered iPhone screen quickly (about 20 minutes!) and also placed a new screen protector on my phone. My phone looks brand new! High quality service all around. Glad this place is close to home, I definitely recommend them.

My daughter cracked her iphone 5 screen. It was fixed within 30 minutes, very polite and friendly. We will definitely use again, hopefully not anytime soon!

I live close to this location. I dont like to negatively review a business but there is no way of sugar coating my experience with this location. If they are conscientious and truly into improving then hopefully they will read this as objectively as i am writing this. I read the reviews and although they were all about phones I decided to take my lap top to replace a motherboard as they stated they fix computers. They had it 2 weeks and did not fix it. I had to chase them as they blew through every timeline when they said they would provide status info as to what the issue was and when I would receive a fixed computer. Contacting them by phone would roll over to a different store. It was one excuse after another. There was no communication within their team as to what was going on. The whole experience was very unprofessional and shady as they hide behind a curtain and whisper. Typical geek scene with no people /​social skills and no one taking ownership. As of this date I still dont know who is the manager /​administrator for this business as they leave it to kids that have little to no customer service or problem solving skills. They may be good at phones but if it requires something more than a cracked screen you should be wary of this location.

After stopping by a couple of other iPhone repair shops, my wife ultimately decided on Fix Stop, Inc. It’s not too far from our home and they were very competitive with their pricing. My wife had a cracked screen on her iPhone 5C and not only did they fix the screen (with original iPhone glass), but they had it done in 30 minutes AND it came with a 30-​day warranty. They were very nice and I would bring any of our Apple devices to them for repairs. Highly recommend this place, even if you don’t live in the immediate area.

The guy there is awesome! He fixed my laptop and my boyfriends home bottom for only 100. He is very reasonable with the prices and also very quick. I tend to break my phone a lot and compared to most places, this one is most fair.

While out with my family on Sunday, my husband accidentally dropped by gold iPhone 5s and shattered the screen :/​As soon as I got home I looked online for a place that could repair it before the beginning of my work week. These guys are not too far from my house so I called at 4pm to find out if they could fix my phone before they closed at 5pm. Abraham said as long as I was there by 4:30 they could fix it. On my way over I got stuck in traffic and called to see if they would still fix it. Abraham said to go over anyway and that he would take care if it. I didn’t even get there until after 4:50, and when I walked in he had already prepped my replacement screen and within 10 minutes I was on my way with a fixed phone! They went out of their way to help me and were super friendly! Very happy!

These guys are awesome! I just found out about them last week while driving by, my iPhone 5 fell while jogging yesterday and the screen cracked and shattered into pieces. I stopped by this morning to see if they can fix it and how long the repair is, the guy working there was very helpful and I was in and out in less than an hour with my phone looking brand new again, thanks!
